    2 stars — The service was friendly and prompt, and I appreciated how quickly my order was made. However, the food quality was disappointing, particularly the vegetables, which looked old and were turning brown and slimy. Also the bread was very hard and on top of that, over-toasted. Fresh ingredients are a big part of the Subway experience, so I hope they improve that. Probably won't be back to this location.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location, and at this point I won’t be returning. A couple of weeks ago, I placed an online order for dinner and waited about 30 minutes for it to be marked “ready.” When I arrived, I was told they had no bread and couldn’t fulfill my order. No one called or gave any notice—I had to drive there just to find out. On top of that, the employee told me they couldn’t issue a refund and that only the manager could handle it. Unfortunately, the manager only works during hours I’m at work, and the store phone always goes straight to voicemail, so there’s no way to reach anyone. I even went back a few days later in the evening to try to resolve it in person. I was told again that only the manager could help. I left my name and number and never received a call back. I was willing to let it go, but then it happened again. Last night, I placed another order, and when I arrived, they said they had no record of it. When I checked the app, it suddenly said there was an error—but my card had already been charged. Once again, I was told refunds had to be handled online and couldn’t be done in-store. I asked for a way to contact a manager and got the runaround. While I did eventually receive a refund the second time, the overall customer service here is extremely poor. There’s no communication, no accountability, and no way to reach management. It feels like the store is being run without proper oversight, and customers are left to deal with the consequences. I understand things happen, but this level of repeated issues and lack of support is unacceptable.

    How is this guy still working here? Please read the reviews because he’s been reported many times before. I just left there and can confirm, again, that this is the rudest employee you have. This is the same employee who at eight in the evening refuses to take orders. Please do something about him to help your establishment. We ended up not ordering any food and just walked out, he is that rude.

    The employee griped the whole time about management. There were several items out of stock like no meatballs or several types of bread. I would recommend that you find another Subway.

    Trace would not serve us in person. Too busy with online orders on Saturday at 4:15 pm. Turning away in person customers is not a good look. Not happy to have driven here, parked and gotten out of my car to have someone be rude and send us away. They should lock the door or turn off online orders if they can’t keep up. It’s rude.
