Since redesigning the interior and moving to kiosks, the customer service sucks. God forbid you have to go to the counter for something, they will basically pretend not to see you, some staff will literally walk past you and nobody has the common sense or customer service skills to at least say “we will be right with you”.

visited everyday for my iced coffee from aprox. sept 2021-jan 2022 while on my weight loss program.....ended up swictching back to starbucks because i needed less mg of caffeine. however, the manager who ran drive thru around noon time was great! i started craving the food too so id end up going once in a while to break ketosis and restart after plateauing. food was always fresh and hot even when i had to go late at night- impressive because this is not a corporate location 🙌🏻

I dont take the time to leave reviews. This place over the last few years has been in a free fall with quality and service. Constantly getting lost in the orders, forgetting what goes with what, forgetting what order is for who, forgetting items in orders. Its actually insane. Id say do better but they clearly dont give a shit.

Today, May 1, 2026 at approximately 11:10am I had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s that I go to often.
I placed my order and requested Dr Pepper as the drinks. In a very short tone the girl said “We don’t have Dr Pepper”. I said I’ve purchased Dr Pepper here in the past. She said “We only sale coke products”. I said okay coke then. She gave me no price, no thank you … just “Drive up to the first window”.
The guy at the first window .. with the fan and noise in the background was whispering. I had to read his lips to understand the price. Again no thank you.
I drove to the next window for the drinks and asked the girl when did they stop selling Dr Pepper. She said we do sell Dr Pepper and asked if that is what I want. I said yes please and informed her what the first employee had said. This employee was polite and thanked me and asked me to drive to the next window for the food.
At the last window a girl walked up and handed me the bag without saying a word. So, I checked the bag and drove away. By this time I had had enough of rude employees and was not going to thank her for poor service.
Management here may want to train their employees on providing better customer service. There are many different fast food providers that I can go to.

I frequently go to this location and never get upset regarding Service. They had my three ice creams melting before my food was ready. I mentioned that and they offered to replace but I declined, didn’t want her to do all that again. They the insulted me, repeatedly wanted to refund my order when I wasn’t upset at anything. Manager Kayla was refusing to give me my order for no reason. I stood there for several minutes in disbelief.
