- TWThomas Webster6 days ago5.0I had the pleasure yesterday 5/13/2026 to be able to stop and grab an iced coffee prior to my drs appointment. I forgot the young ladies name that was work the window. Let me tell you, a smile is contagious and in most times it’s what the person in front of you needs. Very kind and patient considering my medical condition and I truly appreciate that. She definitely deserves a huge pat on the back. Reminds of a time, when you could pull into any Dunkin' and get same exact service. finally back to the norm. To the management keep up the great work, and keep your great staff!!

- CBC BMay 3, 20263.0Inconsistent food prep. Bacon wake-up wraps often microwaved to the point the edges are hard as a rock. Coffee usually consistant. Pushing the credit card machine out the window into the drivethrough customers face is downright rude. Would love to see a Tim Hortons on town.

This is the third time we have used DoorDash and gotten incorrect orders. The drivers were not the issue. Our last order was missing 5 items and came with a frozen donut. One time we waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes for TWO donuts. It’s a shame, if you are looking for coffee go to any other location or even the Wawa across the street.
