I placed my order through the app, and when I got to the speaker, I repeated my order and requested that my coffee be extra, extra hot. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull up to Window 2 while I waited for my order. Less than three minutes later, a lady handed me my coffee, and about 30 seconds after that, a guy handed me my bagel. The coffee was cold. I honked my horn four separate times (a double tap each time) to get their attention, but no one came back to the window. I pulled back into the drive-thru and waited patiently behind six more cars. When I got to the speaker, I informed them that my coffee was cold and that my bagel wasn't even toasted—it just had strawberry cream cheese dabbed on it and was cold. They asked me to pull back up behind the car that was waiting at the second window because there were cars behind me. For a second time, I declined. The staff was rude and had the nerve to act as if I was wrong for not wanting to move. To make matters worse, the replacement coffee was mostly foam and wasn't even full. They also didn't want to give me napkins, which should have been in the bag to begin with, but weren't included in either the first or second bag. The service was terrible, and because they couldn't make a simple order correctly, I was late for work. The way I was treated made me feel as though my time and money weren't valued as much as the customers behind me. Either way, I won't be stopping at this location anymore. Next time, I'll go to my normal store. I would have given negative five stars if I could. Attitudes are best checked at the door before clocking in.

I forgot the young ladies name that was work the window. Let me tell you, a smile is contagious and in most times it’s what the person in front of you needs. Very kind and patient considering my medical condition and I truly appreciate that. She definitely deserves a huge pat on the back. Reminds of a time, when you could pull into any Dunkin' and get same exact service. finally back to the norm. To the management keep up the great work, and keep your great staff!!
