- BTBrooke Talley2 days ago2.0The staff member (Kellen) who took our order was very kind and efficient. Our order came out incorrectly, but it was quickly addressed, which we greatly appreciated. The main reason for this review is out of concern for the staff. The store manager (Niyran) spoke to the employees in a very unkind and condescending manner, treating them as though they were incompetent children. It was clear that the other employees seemed to feel like they had to walk on eggshells around her. She also made negative comments about customers after they had driven away. I understand that managing a store can be stressful, but employees deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. The staff members we interacted with were kind and helpful, and it was genuinely uncomfortable to watch them being spoken to that way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and creates a more respectful and supportive environment for their employees.

Flat out ignore customers standing and waiting until the customer says something. Have the least bit of work ethic, and not an inclination of “giddy-up” in even the managers. I have since stopped going to this one because I gave them a multitude of chances for an entire month, 5 times a week, the first one I pass on my route to work. Tell me how out of 20 mobile orders, maybe 3 were correct? Huge thank you to the one someone who worked that particular shift, and was able to properly read the order instructions that are CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE MOBILE ORDER TICKET!!! Don’t pay with cash either, if you do, make sure it’s EXACT change, anything else and you can literally see the moment the “crash-out” hits. 🤦🏼♀️
