  The food was great. Service was slow, and the restaurant and lobby eating area was dirty. Garbage cans needed to be emptied, tables were not wiped and the kitchen had trash on the floor and rice all over the counters.

  ⭐ **Extremely Disappointed — Serious Food Safety Concern** On Sunday, August 2, I picked up two family packs from this Chipotle location for my family. Once we got home and began separating everything, we discovered that **all of the tortillas we received had visible mold on them.** I immediately threw the tortillas away, but thankfully, I took photos beforehand. I later returned to the restaurant and showed the staff the pictures because I felt this was a serious food-safety issue that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the response. I received an apology and three coupons for chips and queso. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, that response did not match the seriousness of the situation. **Serving moldy food is not simply an inconvenience—it is a health and safety concern.** My family could have eaten these tortillas without noticing the mold and potentially become sick, and I am concerned that other customers could have been affected as well. What was most troubling was that I did not feel there was an appropriate level of concern, urgency, or accountability regarding how moldy tortillas were served to customers in the first place or what steps would be taken to ensure this did not happen again. I expected much more from Chipotle, particularly when bringing a legitimate food-safety concern directly to the restaurant’s attention. Three chips-and-queso coupons do not adequately address what occurred. Based on this experience and the restaurant’s handling of my concerns, **I cannot recommend dining at this location.** Food safety should always be taken seriously, and unfortunately, this experience left me without confidence that it is being treated as the priority it should be.

  The quality at this location is SO much better than what it used to be. Service is friendlier and there hasn't been a mistake on any of my bowls for the past few months

  We ordered for a catering for my teen bday . The packing was so great very professional with all utensils and cutlery. Food was amazing as usual.

  The emplo9 very nice , but it's too small therefore feels a little uncomfortable .The food is good .( I had the bowl with chicken,) But I think they're serving a little less?
