    I’m not sure what’s happened, but this location has gone downhill fast. Which is the only fast thing it does. Slowest service ever. And folks here use to smile and have a good attitude, not lately. 🤷‍♂️

    I doordash and Uber eats full time. This is the slowest store of any restaurant I Hillsborough county. Ive been here 50x to pickup my order and its never once been ready they dont even start preparing it until you arrive. The screen says its ready, the app says its ready but its not. They cater to drivethru, not food delivery services. I try to avoid this place at all costs. I can accept an order thats ready for pickup, drive 20mins to the store, place my own order once I get to the store and ill immediately get my order but still have to wait 30mins for the doordash order they've had for 1hr. Get it together

    I had a disappointing experience at this location. I was sitting right in front of the playground area while eating, and my child briefly went inside to play. An employee came to me multiple times in a rude and unnecessary way, even though I was supervising my child the whole time. I understand rules are important, but the way it was handled felt targeted and disrespectful. If the playground is such a problem for staff, it may be better to remove it instead of making families feel unwelcome. Management should focus on better customer service and a more respectful approach toward parents with children.

    The staff here literally harass you for not staying inside the play area with your child. My son is 10yrs old and is a gentle child and plays gentle with others. So I sat outside the play area at a table right in FRONT of the see-through windows and watched him play from there. But that’s not enough for them, a staff approach me and told me I had to be in there with him. So I stepped inside and sat in there to be with him. But then I had to use the bathroom and came back to the same table to drink my drink THAT I CANT TAKE IN THE PLAY AREA due to rules, which is understandable. And while drinking my drink, the same lady approached me again and wouldn’t leave me alone because I wasn’t in the play area with my child (ARE YOU SERIOUS)?? How am I supposed to enjoy a meal when I can’t even enjoy it!!! This is the only Chick-fil-A that has this stickler rule. The same lady went up to a father who had two kids the same age playing with my son—that father got pissed, took his kids out and left all his trash on the table for her to pick up. I left as well and left very upset. Our homeschool groups met here one time only and decided never to come back again. If we know how our kids play and we’re keeping an eye on them FROM THE SEE-THROUGH WINDOWS (because you have that there for a reason) then what’s the difference??? I kick myself in the butt for having to come back to this Chick-fil-A. Never again.
