  Food was good but what stood out was our server Aj. She kept the drinks flowing and seemed to really care for her tables. Would ask for her again!

  My wife and I have eaten at many restaurants over the years, and it has become harder and harder to find young people with genuine kindness and good manners these days, but this Carrabba’s truly impressed us. Our server, Reyna, was one of the sweetest young ladies we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was polite, attentive, patient, and carried herself with such warmth and grace the entire evening. She never made us feel rushed and checked on us often with a sincere smile. You can tell she was raised right. Also, a small shoutout to the young man running the food. Very polite and respectful every time he came by the table. The food was wonderful, but the service is what truly made this evening memorable. It is refreshing to see hardworking young people who still understand hospitality and treat customers with care and respect. Management should be very proud to have employees like Reyna representing their restaurant. We will certainly be returning, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

  Great consistent food, although the portions and plates are getting smaller year after year, and the prices increase. One of my favorite things to know is that Carrabba's doesn't use microwaves, unlike Olive Garden. The food is fresh and very tasteful. Mama's Soup is out of this world!

  We went to Carrabbas on University Parkway in Sarasota for our Anniversary dinner (2nd try since yesterday's Longhorn Steakhouse visit on SR64E in Bradenton was atrocious). We were seated right away. Our server Jason was super friendly and knowledgeable about the different food options available. He quickly brought over the amazing hot bread and olive oil dip. Our Ceasar salad was also amazing and delicious, probably the best we've ever had. The main meal was also hot and fresh with flavor, perfectly cooked. Even though Jason was busy attending several tables at once, he took the time to give each table the attention needed without neglecting the others. He interacted with each guest with genuine compassion. When I went to look for the bathroom, I walked past it, and asked the Manager where it was. Rather than just point where it was, he stopped what he was doing and walked me to the area. All of the staff at this location seemed to genuinely care about creating an excellent customer service experience. Thank you Jason for helping us have a special Anniversary dinner with amazing food and service. We highly recommend this location and if you can get Jason as your server, you will not be disappointed.

  I ordered delivery for lunch today from Carrabas on University. I had to call in and speak with the ToGo staff member about some specifics on my order. I must say that was a very positive and pleasant person to speak to. Very helpful and knowledgable. It's very rare to find customer service like this anymore. I believe he said his name was Ethan. Food was also great and arrived exactly how it was ordered. A shrimp caesar and a chicken caesar. Manager must be doing a good job as the entire experience was hitting on all 8 cylinders. Looking forward to my next Carrabas experience. A+
