- BRBarbara ReiherSep 26, 20262.0I order DoorDash from here often and never had an issue. But the last two times my order was wrong and incomplete. Both times I ordered iced coffee with creamer, minus 2% milk, and was received black. But I just had had order this morning for the chicken and waffle sandwich and it came without the chicken, bacon, and syrup. Just two very small pieces of waffle. DoorDash did refund me and I left a voicemail for a team lead at this location, which I’m sure I will never receive a call back. I am really angry over this. Management needs to do better either training or have some sort of quality control of their delivery orders.

Sometimes it just looks like they throw the ingredients on the meat. Looks really sloppy and rushed. I love my cheese to be placed on a hot patty so that it melts by the time I get to it. However, when it throw and half of the cheese slice is hanging outside of the bun well it leaved me with a cold piece of cheese. Again this happens 50% of the time at this location. Otherwise, it is a good old Chic-Fil-A. :-)
- NJNoah JSep 22, 20262.0I placed a drive-thru order for a grilled chicken club sandwich meal. When I got home and opened the sandwich to add my sauce, I realized the chicken was completely missing from the sandwich. I had to drive all the way back to Chick-fil-A because of their mistake. When I returned, they initially tried to give me the same sandwich back, just with the chicken added to it. At this point, the bread was already soggy because I had put sauce on it, so I asked for a fresh sandwich. Since I had to make an extra trip back to the restaurant, my fries were now cold as well. I politely asked if they could replace the fries because of the inconvenience. I was told no, because their policy was to only replace the item that was missing. I understand policies, but come on—the entire reason my fries were cold was because I had to drive back after my order was made incorrectly. Replacing a small order of fries would have been a simple way to make the situation right. I’ve never had a problem at this location before, which is why this was especially disappointing. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What bothered me was how the mistake was handled and the lack of effort to make up for the inconvenience.

The line moved quickly, and everything seemed fine until I got home about 12 minutes later. He added BBQ sauce to his sandwich and discovered it had no chicken—just lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon. We drove back so he could get the sandwich he ordered. He didn’t ask for anything extra. The cashier took the sandwich and added chicken to it. When he asked whether it was a new sandwich, she said yes, but he could see the BBQ sauce he had already put on it. He went back inside and asked for a fresh sandwich and fresh fries, since his dinner was cold by then. He received a new sandwich, but another cashier refused to replace the fries because there was “nothing wrong” with them. The original mistake was frustrating, but the way it was handled made it worse. We made a second trip to correct the order, and he still ended up with cold fries. This was disappointing customer service.

The lettuce and tomato were fresh and the bun was soft. I added waffle fries on the side and they came out nice and crispy. Great experience overall.
