  We are top tier chick filet customers. I had a 50 dollar order all the toppings for the 2 salads were not in the bags when I got home. I called and the team leader told me there was nothing she would do.She was rude. So many new chick filets have opened. We will not be going to Mitchell anymore. We have been very loyal customers for 15 years at that location

  I ordered an Horchata and it was watered down with sugar it was awful and I asked them if It could be exchanged or refunded and they said no. they’re very disorganized. The food is not the same as it used to be. The only good thing is the imported goods. Claudia was the only pleasant worker.

  The boneless nuggets and lemonade were good but halfway through, I got a horrible stomach ache and had to rush into target. Lemonade had a lot of pulp.

  Monday at 7:55 pm ish I pull up to the window and the little girl with the braids handing me my food is talking to the other employees making fun of my name. Multiple girls. She then asked my name for the order and I say Remy, they all get quiet and start smiling to themselves. If you’re going to have children work here, making sure they’re respectful. I come here every lunch shift and I will not return you have lost a valued customer. I will be going somewhere that isn’t rude in the driveway and where I don’t have to wait for girls to have a conversation to get what I paid for. Thanks. I was having a bad day already and people making fun of my name isn’t nice. My name is also REMY. Who else are they being rude too?

  An employee named nate gave us excellent service, he was funny charming and very understanding and was on top of our refills and made sure we had everything we needed.
