  Rushod is amazing! I have been to several locations and he is the only employee that consistently asks me if I want the free pita bread every time that I order. I appreciate his attentiveness and awesome customer service!

  First time at Cava- food was incredible and the service exceptional. Rashad took my order and his guest service was excellent. He walked me through building my bowl and made the experience seamless. I’ll definitely be back!

  First time visiting this restaurant, and I won’t be back. I chose the featured “new item” in the photo, and the girl working there asked if I’d like everything on it. I asked what comes on it and she said, “you didn’t read on the menu what comes on in?” Then told me to talk to (let’s call him “John”) about toppings. Who is John? Apparently the person down the line, but I was supposed to know that. What an awkward and unwelcoming experience.

  The food was amazing! It was my first time here, and Tyler and Mario were incredibly helpful and patient while I decided what to order. I felt bad because I stood there for about five minutes trying to make up my mind, but they never rushed me and even let me sample multiple dips and toppings. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was even better. I highly recommend this CAVA, it’s easily my favorite location in the Tampa area!

  My daughter, my wife and myself came to CAVA on my birthday and we had a wonderful experience. Rashad was amazing. He explained everything and was very patient. I’ve never been here before … my first visit and Amanda took care of me on my birthday. It was a great experience. I would recommend, to anybody the food is delicious. They have several options And we had a great time. The employee are so nice and customer friendly.
