  The lobster tail was cooked to perfection. My filet was one of the most tender steaks I've had in a lifetime. The chimichurri sauce. Not a big fan but all in all absolutely delicious

  Had a great, delicious meal. Thanks to our server, Megan, I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered her recommendation of Pan Asian butterfish. The bang bang shrimp tacos my husband ordered were amazing. Everything was great!

  When u go into another business wearing the uniform, u r representing them, and ur actions and cursing to yourself is one thing but to say out loud is another! Make me not want go to your establishment because I like to eat in peace and have a pleasant waitress.

  We've been regulars at Bonefish in Trinity for many years now with the most recent year and half being the best so far. Everything from the food and drinks to service is always wonderful. Our favorite server Megin is the best. She is always so welcoming and knows the menu in and out. She learned our favorites and has even gotten to know our kids. She's the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness.

  This was my first time coming to Bonefish. I haven’t had a date night in awhile so I brought my girlfriend for a night out. When I arrived, I asked for Megan or Felix but they were not working. I arrived around 7pm Sunday night and it was extremely slow in the dining room. The host advised she would get me a great server. Titi or tati (unsure of spelling) was our server. We started off with a glass of Moscato wine in which Titi wasn’t knowledgeable about it, asking for me to show her on the menu. My girlfriend ordered a refresher. Bread, and drinks came on time and this is where everything went down hill. I ordered a 7.5 OZ Filet Mignon cooked medium with rice and the bacon Mac and cheese. My girlfriend ordered the lobster Mac and cheese. After our order was put in, I didn’t see the server until the food came out 15 minutes later. In which time my wine sat empty. The server took away the bread plate and appetizer plates when the food arrived. Wine still empty. My bacon Mac and cheese was just plain Mac and cheese and sitting at room temp. I cut into my steak and not a single shred of pink in the steak. Cooked well done. After about 5 minutes of me sitting there not eating, the server came and stated she sees that I didn’t get the bacon on the Mac and cheese and she will fix it. I noted the steak being over cooked and she agreed and was about to take it back. I then asked for my refills I asked for 20 minutes prior. The server was nice and agreed to handle all of the requests. A few minutes pass and she brings me the bowl of Mac with bacon on it WITHOUT the refills. I asked for the drinks once again, and ate half of the Mac. The Mac was clearly thrown into another dish and topped with the bacon and garnish. Wasn’t warm or hot. Was below room temperature at that point. Finally the drinks arrive and I stomached half of the Mac and cheese before pushing it to the side. My girlfriend had enough time to eat almost all of her lobster ravioli, as I’m still waiting for my steak. She mentioned her Brussel sprouts were dry for the majority part. Finally the steak comes, along with the manager, and ONLY reason this isn’t a 1 star review is Curtis. He asked for me to cut into the steak and it was as requested originally. He then asked if there was anything else, and I told them about everything mentioned above. Curtis apologized on behalf of the staff and said there is a standard and that’s unacceptable. Curtis comped my steak, both of the refreshers and provided me with a $25 gift card for my next visit along with an app coupon. I will try to come back another night to see this standard Curtis mentioned and hopefully will get Megan or Felix as a server. If it wasn’t for Curtis, I’d not be returning. Thank you Curtis for making it right and I do apologize for the 3 rating. Next time I come, if it’s better, I’ll update.
