  I recently visited a pizza restaurant and had a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant had a clean and welcoming environment with beautiful interior decoration and comfortable seating arrangements. It was a perfect place to spend quality time with friends and family. The staff members were polite, attentive, and provided quick service, which made the overall experience even better. I ordered a large cheese burst pizza along with garlic bread and a cold drink. The pizza was served hot and fresh, and the smell itself was very tempting. The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside and soft from the inside. The cheese was rich, creamy, and stretchy, while the toppings were fresh and full of flavor. The seasoning and sauce were balanced perfectly, making every bite delicious and satisfying. The garlic bread was buttery, soft, and complemented the pizza very well. One thing I appreciated the most was the hygiene and cleanliness maintained by the restaurant. The dining area, tables, and kitchen surroundings looked neat and well-organized. The restaurant also had a calm atmosphere with soft background music, making the dining experience relaxing and enjoyable. The prices were reasonable according to the quality and quantity of food served. The staff behaved respectfully and ensured customers were comfortable throughout their visit. Their friendly attitude added a positive touch to the experience. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this pizza restaurant. The food quality, taste, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I would definitely like to visit this place again and highly recommend it to anyone who loves delicious pizza and a pleasant dining experience.

  Food was delicious! Tasted like old school Jersey italian american food. Wish I would have found this place earlier. Delicious food. Didn't order pizza so we'll have to try it next time. We ordered the chicken Parm dinner... Delicious!!! Tasted like my jersey days. And the cannolis... fuggedabouit! Gonna dine in next time

  I've been ordering from here for a few years now and the food is always amazing. I did not rate the atmosphere as I've never been inside the restaurant. Over the years I have had their subs, pasta, pizza, and strombolis, as well as their garlic knots and fried mozzarella and have never had a complaint.

  I had a terrible experience at Pizzitalia. We waited over an hour and they still couldn’t make two pizzas. The only thing that came out — the toasted ravioli — was burned and not edible. When we finally decided to leave, they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging for the pizzas they never served. That’s not good service — that’s basic responsibility. Overall, pathetic experience: poor food quality, unreasonable wait times, and no sense of customer care. Definitely not coming back.

  This was my first time trying this place and I’m very disappointed in their service. Ordered a pizza at 6:09 the delivery time stated 1hr 30 min wait( 7:25-7:35). I got notice that the pizza was delivered, but we never received the pizza. I called the store and they said they’d investigate.. when I received a call back, they stated the driver left it by a blue door with a grey carpet 20 minutes prior to the delivery time.. We are staying in a hotel and we’re waiting in the lobby the entire time. We saw no one delivering a pizza. Then they said they’d cancel the first order and replace it.. 30 minutes later they called again stating that they didn’t have a driver to deliver the pizza and they canceled the order. So now, after over 2 hours of waiting, we have to figure out another option for dinner.
