  On my drive home after an extremely long shift I decided to stop in and give this place a try for a quick easy dinner, only to be told they aren’t taking order at 8:42 when the store closes at 9pm. Get rid of these lazy people who do not take pride in their work or care about your business and hire dedicated employees who aren’t worried about leaving exactly at 9pm when the store is suppose to be closing. It’s a Saturday, multiple other individuals were attempting to walk in after I returned to my car as well and were sent away. Unfortunately you are missing out on so much money due to the laziness of your employees.

  Just moved to Titusville and passed this restaurant on the way to our new home. Decided to drive over and stop in dinner to try it for the first time. we arrived at 8:40 this evening, did not even make it in the building before the ladies behind the counter yelled “we done” and told us to exit. The lobby had people in it as well as 3 other people attempting to come in behind us…. What an awful way to do business. If the store closes at 8:40 why not advertise closing at 8:40 not 9pm… I can see not taking customer 5 minutes before close but 20 minutes ?? Really terrible first experience….

  I like this place but they just lost a regular customer. I called three times at 8:25 pm to order food before they closed. I got no answer so I jump in my vehicle and got there at 8:48 pm. I walked up and before I could get to the door the lady outside smoking a cigarette right at the front door says are you here to pick up we close in fives minutes. I answered saying if you guys answered the phone I would have. After putting her cigarette out on the wall or whatever tells me as I’m walking what they don’t have like fries and chicken. I just don’t understand if you say you are open until 9 pm why are all of the fryers off and everything is shut down before you closed. I was going to spend over 40$ but I guess they all needed to get out of there at exactly 9pm instead making the company money. I will not be returning and definitely not going to recommend it either.

  Cashier was so friendly and patient with my elderly mother and I. Our food was amazing and when she brought our food out i just had to ask her name. She said Joy which is a beautiful name ! It matches her very well!! We will definitely be back!!

  Am a local in the area! Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Food is always delicious. I dare to say that their chicken sandwiches are on par with chickfila, but Wayback's has a lot more spices for when you're in the mood for an extra kick of garlic & pepper (which I love), haha! Love it here. No complaints. P.s. I love love love the hibiscus drink too. Plz never let it go! Hahaha.
