    It seems like there is no need for trashy reality tv when you can go sit in tropical smoothie the culture by the older staff members is unmatched. Sitting there listening to some of them talk like customers aren’t in the building, mam I don’t care about your day collar or your fetishes and that’s not a good conversation to have in front of minors and customers. The echo in the store is unmatched and we hear you! Even if you think we don’t we do. Never going back definitely don’t want to hear about your role in the bedroom while eating and I’m sure the parents of the teenage staff working there doesn’t want them listening to it either. Do you, but there is a time and place , kids work there and dine there. We don’t want to hear it.

    Went and got a smoothie from here a beach bum and avocolade and we went on a ride through black point wild life drive noticed about half way through that something white was floating around in my cup and it was a piece of cup and it was not from my cup I hope I did not drink that much myself terribly disappointed #update they asked me to email them and they offered me a 10 dollar gift card which will not even buy another smoothie that I get and they still never sent it to me 😞😞😞😞😞 disappointed

    I accidentally placed a mobile order at the new Titusville Tropical Smoothie location, not realizing a second store had recently opened. When I arrived at the location I intended to visit, I saw my order was at the other store, which was about 15 minutes away in the opposite direction from my daughter’s school. I called the other location right away to explain the situation. The owner initially offered to put the smoothie in the freezer so I could pick it up later, but that was not practical because it would have required an extra trip. I then asked if a refund was possible. Instead of calmly explaining that refunds were not available for completed mobile orders, the owner became defensive and told me she had already used product, paid employees, and should not have to lose money because of my mistake. I understand that the store may have a no-refund policy, and I respect that. My disappointment was with how the conversation was handled. A simple, polite explanation would have been sufficient. Because of the rude and confrontational response, I do not plan to return to this location.

    Amazing service, amazing food, wonderful owner as well. So glad this place could be opened right across the street from where I work.
