- DDDayana1 day ago1.0I work for Uber. While I was waiting for an order that was already ready, the cashier was busy, so I had to grab the food myself from the counter. The supervisor actually had the audacity to tell me that I have to wait for the food to be handed to me. If the supervisor weren't on her phone, she would be paying attention to her customers. Mediocre!

I did what I was supposed to do, showed up, and I even tried ordering on the app to see if I could redeem it there. I handled it calmly and tried to see what they could do, but I just got told no. No management overrides, no compensation for what I was offered, no fair treatment. If you sign up for rewards, don’t fall for the free smoothie bs. management is stingy and systems are rigid and they don't care enough to follow up with what your offered. The employees were nice though

I came in after a sad doctors appointment for a smoothie, and the gal running the counter was probably the sweetest girl I have ever met in my life. She helped me figure out what I wanted, complimented what I was wearing in a genuine way, and made me just super happy. She also took super good care of the folks behind me, explaining to them about their protein options, showing her knowledge of the menus items. She is a hoot. Never get rid of her.

Once my food was done it was practically flung towards onto the counter towards me without another word. This is the 2nd and final time I visit this location and received subpar service.
