  Ordered at kiosk took 4 minutes before someone took the order and 27 minutes till we got our food. Bacon was burnt floats were ok.

  At the drive throu me and my family ordered 3 cherry limeades, 1 diet cherry limeade, and 1 tot with cheese. When we pulled through the diet cherry limeade was not marked. When asked about it the lady said she had no idea which one was the diet and that she couldn't mark it because they were "really busy", there were exactly 3 cars total at the Sonic. She was also unwilling to help us and told us we needed to figure it out ourselves. To put the nail in the coffin they forgot the cheese on the tot. Out of all the fast food restaurants I've eaten at, this was the worst customer service.

  Robbie gave me exceptional service, he is always in a great mood and treats me with respect every time I go . He makes sure my food is perfect as well as the things that go with my meal . Much respect thank you for giving me an enjoyable experience every time I come through .
