  We recently placed an order for two pizzas, wings, breadsticks, and other items totaling around $70. When the delivery arrived, we received one pizza. That was it. What happened afterward was even more frustrating than the missing food. I called the store to report the problem. On my first call, I was hung up on. I called back, and the person I spoke with was dismissive and treated me as though I was somehow in the wrong. It wasn't until I explained that I have cameras and could clearly show that the driver delivered only a single pizza that he finally agreed to send the rest of our order. The delivery driver deserves credit here, because she actually tried to prevent this from happening. Although I ordered directly from Papa John's, the delivery appeared to be handled through DoorDash. I texted the driver after realizing most of our order was missing. Because of the way the messaging system works, she couldn't respond directly, but she took it upon herself to go back to the store and investigate. She later explained that when she originally picked up our order, she had tried to tell the store employees that her order information showed there should be more food. The employees specifically told her that our order consisted of only one pizza. She left with what the store told her was the complete order. So I don't blame the delivery driver. In fact, I appreciate that she went back to the restaurant on her own after I contacted her. If she hadn't done that, I'm not convinced we ever would have received the rest of our food. This wasn't simply a forgotten item. The store apparently failed to prepare or provide most of a $70 order, ignored the driver's attempt to point out the discrepancy, and then treated the customer dismissively when the mistake was reported. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. Hanging up on a customer and then acting as though the customer is the problem isn't acceptable. This location clearly has problems with employee accountability and management oversight. Papa John's should be embarrassed to have its name represented this way. After this experience, I won't order from this location again.

  Ordered a square cut pizza, but received a normal cut. This has happened on multiple occasions from this Papa John’s.

  Ordered pizza and bread sticks from here. Pizza was tough and did not have all toppings. And the bread sticks were very short. More like rolls. Also tough! This is the last time I will order from here very disappointed in the quality of product coming from this location and business. Not only that they had to deliver through door dash which the driver did not use an insulation bag instead had it on his front seat with the ac blasting on it.so they ended up being cold. And the boxes did not have the seals on them as they should. Very poor customer service and quality

  We placed an ahead online order for DELIVERY this afternoon with a requested delivery time of 6pm. At 6:30 pm my wife called to check on the pizza. The manager said its been sitting there at the store for a half hour. He spoke to her like its her fault they failed to delivery our pizza when she asked for a refund.

  Didn’t know I had to call New Delhi just to order a pizza. That was brutal, had to wait through their technical difficulties and a couple disconnects but we soldiered on. Almost gave up but fueled by gluttony and a desire for pizza I’m happy to report we did manage to place an order. Felt like I was calling tech support for a temu product. I’m sure the food at this location is wonderful but I’m not sure if I’ll get to see it or if I got scammed. Will report back.
