    I love dutch bros but not this location. The girls at this location were so sweet but the manager was not kind at all. They gave me the wrong drink, I realized after one sip and brought it back in. The manager was off standish about remaking a drink and acting like we wanted a free one. Then they proceeded to make the drink but wrong again. At that point i thought it wasnt worth it to ask again in fear of the backlash I would receive. I wasted 7 dollars on a drink i didnt even want due to a managers attitude.

    Incredible. I was absolutely blown away by the eager and friendly service at 8:27 in the morning. With a background in customer service and restaurant management I cannot express how impressed I was. Keep up the great smiles.

    It was my first time at Dutch Bros, and I had such a great experience! Niyah and Ebony were both amazing. Ebony was full of smiles, positivity, and great energy, while Niyah made me an absolutely delicious Golden Eagle! ☕️🦅 I really appreciate the entire staff for going above and beyond and making my first visit so enjoyable. Great customer service and an awesome team! I’ll definitely be back! ❤️ It was BANGING!!!

    It's been open for months now and online ordering is still unavailable. The drive through "system" is horribly inefficient and forces an employee to be outside in Florida weather. I only order sugar free drinks, but have been give regular versions on many occasions. I imagine the tablet they use is difficult to read in direct sunlight. I had hoped ordering from the app would guarantee I get the correct drink every time, but I doubt it will ever be available.

    Dutch Bros is always amazing no matter what locatio. Staff is so friendly , helpful and accommodating. This location in Titusville was just as nicel as the one in my hometown. I find it nothing short than amazing that Dutch Brothers can keep up the same type consistency through all their locations.
