  Used to be the best McDonald's around, has been going down hill the past few months. Must have new management, lots of new untrained staff, don't have a clue and do not know manners or politeness

  I ordered through the app for curbside at the McDonald’s here in The Villages expecting a quick, easy pickup like it’s supposed to be. Big mistake. If your crew doesn’t have people willing to hustle and actually walk outside, just disable the curbside option altogether. Don’t leave it up and running when you can’t deliver. The employee who brought my order out — a young Black girl — took forever. She was walking super slow with zero urgency, like she was out for a Sunday stroll instead of doing her job. No manners, no smile, no “sorry for the wait,” nothing. Straight-up zero customer service. On top of that, she forgot my drink and had to turn around and walk back inside to get it. The whole thing took way longer than it should have for curbside. For a place full of retirees who just want things done efficiently, this was frustrating as hell. McDonald’s — train your people or shut down curbside until you can staff it right. Not lovin’ it today. Won’t be using curbside here again.

  They will close 10 minutes early and ignore you in the drive through. Mobile order placed and confirmed, walked in after waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes and they were shocked I was there, had a whole line waiting in the drive thru.
