  Went by and ordered a frozen. French vanilla coffee with one extra pump of sugar. Charged me. I'm at $6 for it. I ended up not getting it and leaving I was sitting in LINE for over 20 minutes. They bring me out the wrong order. I had to leave cause I was going to be late for work. Never got my Drink. And I lost out on that money because I had to leave or be late for work. I was the only one in line. They still didn't get my order right? And I still didn't get my drink, and I lost my money, my $6.

  I was forced to stop at this Dunkin because of the terrible service at the other one a minute away along my route. After reading all the reviews on that Dunkin and then this Dunkin - oh boy night and day! This should not be! Dunkin' Donuts has to do something about that other location it should not be permitted to be open it's unsanitary there's a year of evidence right in the reviews, the girls are consistently rude and don't know what they're doing and don't care about their jobs they all need to be fired and that place needs to be shut down. On the other hand everybody at this Dunkin, they deserve a raise. Coffee was on point and delicious just like any other Duncan I go to.

  I placed a mobile order, walk in pick up since I know the wait at this location can be very long. As I walked in a older lady was putting my drink down, but no donuts and she walked away to start another drink order. I kindly said my donuts are missing, she said so rudely, I DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE and walked away. My name and order # was literally on the cup she just put down. So another worker said to the rude woman she gets 4 donuts. So I walked to the counter to save the rude worker from walking back to me I asked her to separate the chocolate donut from the 3 old fashions that were for my 3 doggies and that's when she out right yelled at me...DID YOU SEE ME MIX DONUTS? I was so taken back, it took everything in me not to cuss her out. This is the worst by far Dunkin in the area.

  I try not to come to this location as it truly sucks. Wait time to order is awful!!! 😢 Wait time to get your drinks is awful and honestly the fact that they have to pull you up everytime If I would have gone to the other Dunkin I usually go to this wouldn’t have happened. How do you wait 25 mins for 2 drinks?
