  The food was ok. My husband's steak came out cold. The scallops were very fishy tasting, like they hadn't been cleaned all the way. The server rarely came around. My husband drank all of his water and most of mine before she provided refills. Although the manager came out, I doubt we would ever return.

  Buyer beware of the 45 minute wait past the original reservation time, then an hour to receive your food after you’ve ordered it. Apparently it’s supposed to be ok with the manager coming around to your table to “thank you for your patience”. Here’s the experience: An incredibly unprofessional looking hostess with more piercings in her face than fingers on your hands “greets” you and completely makes up a time to be seated. Meanwhile, the standard crowd is backing up seating by discussing their life story. It gets better. You watch massive parties leave, and tables take 15-20 minutes to turn over. THEN you think you’re up because of the false time the pin cushion hostess gives you, but other parties go before you. Realistically the only saving grace for this location is the food tastes decent, certainly not a standard run-of-the-mill meal. But if you’re looking to get stellar service from the piercing parlor advertisement and green haired waitresses, you might as well stay at home. Clear your calendar for the week if you choose to eat here, you’ll need the time.

  Austin and an adorable gal with green hair knocked it out of the park for my Mother's Day gathering!! The salad, bread, dinners, drinks were all perfect. Lots of doggy bags!! I wanted Longhorn, but Grandma wanted Peach Sangria, so Carrabas wins!!

  I've worked for bloomin brands for over 10 years so I know they expect a certain degree of hospitality when dining at their chain. Tonight we went in for dinner and sat at the bar the gentleman behind the bar didn't even greet us just what are you drinking...we ordered instantly id. Now I understand you need my id however there was no interest in engaging in conversation. We ordered an app and 2 salads and I found hair my salad. Sent it back with the food runner because of bartender was absent. Bartender saw it being brought back and asked if something was wrong and i stated the hair. He had the manager take it off. No manager ever came to us but the food runner did and apologized. This gentleman had more people skills than any of the waitstaff. This gentleman maybe over the course of the 30 minutes we were there was present for maybe 5 minutes max. No engagement, no conversation with any guest at the bar. Which is essentially why people sit at the bar to ENGAGE. When my replacement salad came i asked for the bill because we weren't feeling welcome and decided to go elsewhere for dinner. I called to advise manager on my experience because it was THAT bad. I didnt leave my information because I dont want a coupon or a handout just for them to address the issue.

  The food was delicious and the service was second to none! My server Sarah was super friendly and made me feel welcome and appreciated. The food arrived hot and faster than I could have imagined. What a wonderful dining experience!
