We always liked bonefish. Bring back the crab crusted cod. The main reason we would frequent this place. We stopped going weekly because they took it off the menu.

It was my sister's birthday and we were treated very well. The food was tasty and the servings were adequate for the price. All the staff even the manager who came to our table and thanked us for choosing Bonefish were all pleasant and made me feel so welcomed. I know I'll probably return at a later date.

Today I wanted to go in for a nice quiet lunch alone and was really looking forward to my favorite drink. The bartender seemed busy and told me she would be with me in a minute. I could hear her from the bar yelling in the kitchen about having to work the bar and be on the floor in her section. So I knew she was busy and that was okay With me. After 7 mins of waiting she returns to the bar with a terrible attitude and demeanor. she starts washing pint glasses behind the bar and from there yells to me a few seats down and says “what can I get you?”, very impersonally. Nicely, I asked for the tropical heat martini.. but ”the old way.” Because if you’re a regular bonefish goer you know that within this last year they changed that Martini from a vodka drink to a tequila drink. I go to this bonefish very often and know many staff members there... EVERY time I ask for the tropical heat martini ”the old way” and EVERY time it is NO issue for the staff or the bartenders and it comes out mostly perfect. However, after asking for this specific drink today the bartender told me “we don’t do that anymore and we don’t have those ingredients.” which is weird because I get this drink no problem every other day that I’m there?? Whether she just didn’t know how to make it the old way or she was too busy her behavior was super distasteful and not professional. You should not be behind the bar if your personality is rude no matter the kind of day you are having. That is just apart of the industry. I hope she has a better day, and takes the time to make her regulars feel more at home from here on out. Thank you to all the servers like Jodi and/or Trevor along with all the other bartenders that have taken the time to make that drink the old way and allow me to continue to enjoy my favorite cocktail. Today was a miss for sure. I don’t know when or if I will return.

I debated a few days about writing a review because of the backlash, but here goes.........Went to Bonefish on July 24th, 2026. Not at all impressed. Our server Ashley was just OK. Sorry Ashley, but that's all I can give you. We ordered the 4 item main dish meal to share. Husband ordered the chowder (he said was good and served hot). I ordered a salad with house dressing (it was swimming in the oil) We ordered regular sides of jasmine rice (pretty good) and fresh green beans (tasted like they had been pan fried in seafood oil). The pieces of salmon and were not great, shrimp a bit undercooked and ahi tuna was ok. Not once did Ashley every ask if enjoyed our meal. And trying to get the check was another issue. She seemed pretty good about ignoring the customer when she wanted to. This is just my opinion and I am sure others really enjoy this place, atmosphere, food and all that goes with it. Sadly, my husband and I did not. Years ago, I remember this being a great place to dine, food and service. We thought we would give it a try and it did nothing for us. I am really sorry to say we will not be back.

Our party included two people with mobility and health disabilities. Before arriving, I called the restaurant and explained our situation, asking if we could be seated as close to the front door as possible. I was told that would not be a problem. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all and there were four empty tables near the entrance, yet we were refused those tables and instead were told to sit far in the back because the front section was “closed.” My stepfather had to repeatedly ask for a closer table before they finally moved us, but it still was not near the entrance. It was obvious that our concerns were not being taken seriously. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes before a waitress came to our table. We explained what had happened, and she responded, “Well, then you need a manager. This happens all the time.” I asked, “This happens a lot?” simply repeating what she had just said. She immediately accused me of being rude and of twisting her words, even though I had repeated them exactly. She showed no empathy or concern for our situation. When she abruptly said, “No, thank you,” and walked away, leaving us sitting there, we decided not to eat. We went to the front of the restaurant and waited to speak with the manager. The manager apologized, said she would address the situation with the staff, and gave us her business card. She invited us to stay and dine, but after the way we had been treated, we no longer felt comfortable or welcome. What should have been a special occasion turned into an experience that felt discriminatory and harassing. We left feeling disappointed and upset. We have been through a lot the last few months and did not deserve to be treated that way for just asking for a table that we asked for. We will not be returning, and I intend to report this experience to the appropriate parties for further review. No one with a disability or accessibility issue should be treated that way. Period.
