- AMaubri martinAug 7, 20261.0Rude girl at drive thru and complains about doing her job and she says that “we can’t sell food right now” even though she just doesn’t wanna make it. It took me 20 mins at the checkout to even get my order. They also had really bad attitude, my food was cold. They don’t even let u order at the checkout they make u order where u get ur food when it’s done. They also take ur phone in the back to pay which I think it’s really weird. It’s CRUSTY here like every thing is dirty from walls, to the floor and everything. Workers are so mean, every time I come here they are mean and act like they don’t wanna work. Every time I come here it’s the same rude workers. Genuinely no respect for their customers. They have a problem making our food but no problem making their own food and beverages. Someone needs to get management in here ASAP. This is unacceptable and new workers need to be hired.

Repeated it again at the window. She repeated they were out of medium and large cups so I asked if I could order a medium ice tea. Oddly she then asked if I wanted a medium or large… suddenly had medium and large cups. SMH. saw another customer in another store in the same plaza and since I know the clerk, we were chatting about it. The guy chimed in behind me saying he ordered three large coffees. I received three only half full.
