  Brandon and the crew was amazing. They truly embody what making someone feel special. You can go anywhere and get wings but you can’t go anywhere and be made to feel like family.

  If you don’t want your money to go to waste don’t come here. I placed an order of 20 wings, ranch and fries late last night and when I got the food and looked in the bag it was just the fries and ranch. When I tell the dude that was there he says “sorry, we already cleaned everything up.” I asked for a refund but no one knew how to do it. I spent $32.42 just for some fries. And the girl at the front was really unprofessional, she was rude when I asked about the refund but very chatty and nice with the group of dudes that were also there waiting for their food. One of the workers prior to receiving my food literally had to tell her to come and help them rather than chatting it up. I also tried calling for my refund but nobody ever picked up… Oh but the owner will respond to your complaint on here but won’t actually contact you back when you go to the link they tell you to go too. This isn’t even yalls first complaint about this. Just teach staff how to do refunds. No wonder yall have more 1-star reviews than 5-star. Embarrassing.

  I made an order at 11:10 PM and got there at 11:30 PM around there and they immediately said that they were closed even though they close at 1 AM and they said that they weren’t doing any more online orders because it’s too much for whoever’s working there which was only two people and then they tried to extort me for money even though I already paid for my food online and they said that they wouldn’t make my order on unless I paid them under the table. They did this with every online order that came in through the store for pick up and I witnessed someone cave in and actually pay them more money just to get their food because they said that the return system/ refund and the no easy way to cancel orders on Wingstop is horrible. Which by the way, it’s a crime to extort someone for money. Especially when they paid for service. Like I don’t understand why you can’t just make people’s orders when you’re clearly making it some choice and you don’t close for like three hours. Im going to be making this a big deal so hopefully corporate will make some changes. If they return my money either im going to take this to small claims court.
