  Very sorry service the girl working at 12:00 Friday sandwich was nasty I asked for extra condiments on my sandwich and she told me No very rude she acted like a druggie I will not be going back to this one

  We visited Subway and initially were greeted by a gentleman who told us he would be right with us. However, we ended up waiting around 20 minutes and felt completely ignored. When we asked if it would be much longer, he said yes and mentioned he was working alone. He seemed rushed and a bit annoyed, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Just as we were about to leave, Debby stepped in—even before clocking in—and kindly stopped us from walking out. She quickly got herself ready and began taking our order. She truly went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and it completely turned our experience around. It was clear the store was struggling—floors were extremely sticky, ingredients were running low, and it seemed like another employee had left without helping restock or clean. Despite that, Debby handled everything amazingly. She restocked ingredients quickly, prepared our order efficiently, and even asked the other employee to help clean. On top of that, she assisted three other customers in a timely manner. Excellent customer service from Debby. I hope management recognizes how valuable she is to the team.

  They were out of 2 of the cheeses I asked for and charge you for a glass of water.

  Debbie is always a sweetheart. My orders are made perfect and we have never had any problems at this location.

  Cat always does such a great job with my order. Super personable, friendly, helpful. Everything i come here the crew is on point and it's a wonderful experience.
