Everyone was super nice, especially the new girl who I think introduced herself as Kayla! Sadly, they were out of my go-to French vanilla for my latte, but Kayla offered some awesome suggestions and even let me sample it before I left with my drink. I really appreciate a company that values its customers!

The amount of, (light ice) we get varies at each store. At a location in FL, a store on Indian reservation property, the worker filled the cup about 75%. This she said was because we ordered light ice. I her mind, we requested light ice to get more drinks. Her logic makes sense on the basic level, but is untrue.
