- RFRachel FarrOct 2, 20261.0Went in at about 11ish so not long after open. 1- the rice I got is effing dry and hard. Clearly a reheat attempt from last night. Gross. 2- the juices and napkins are NEVER stocked in the morning for I don’t know why. 3- why do you have the SLOWEST (and probably newest) crew member making food like she’s auditioning. Scoop and move on. Seriously. All while the manager is just there. Idk why she needs to stand in between and tell the cashier what the food is when every other chipotle I go to they don’t do that. The crew members can effectively communicate while you should be stocking your store. 4- rewards scanner not working (minor) Overall this store needs to get it together morning and night. These are on going issues. Service slow, food not up to standard, and lack of stocking necessary items like napkins and juices.

With 2 people slanging orders, maybe just maybe, idk, hire more people?? It looks like the walk in line is faster. ATTENTION MANAGER; THAT IS BACKWARDS! I think part of the problem is delivery drivers picking up large orders. We need a separate section for them. Looks like a lack a good leadership and DEI practices heavily in place of it. What a plague on this country.

She wanted a verification from app which I provided and said she needed something with my name on it. I told her it’s getting ridiculous but kept saying she won’t give it after saying I’m a disabled veteran I can’t stand and argue long and then finally gave me the food after 5 min when I explained what’s in the bad. Terrible system

Not the cleanest. Today there was no napkins. There’s a black cook who works extremely hard in the back and u always appreciate seeing him work. Another short Spanish girl who wears a stuffed belt. But they can’t do it alone :/ I see so much more for this location.
