The lady that served us literally took so long to get our order and called me and my sister and cousin fat before we said the food was shared between us and our grandparents. The service is slow, we were the first people there and they took about 30 minutes to make our food (not the drinks btw) while when other people came and ordered the same amount of food, they got it done in less than 10 minutes. They even had us pay for condiments even though condiments are supposed to be free, the drink area is dirty and they have paper straws which are nasty. 🤢 I also ordered a frappe and they didn’t blend it correctly and it was melted. Aswell as I ordered two ice coffees and they tasted bitter, my sister got a French vanilla iced coffee and they didn’t add enough sugar and sweetener, the same with my grandpas Carmel iced coffee.
