- KPKiran Patel4 days ago3.0We stopped at this Domino’s while returning from Key West on our way to Harbor Beach. Since it was getting late and we are vegetarian, we were happy to find a Domino’s nearby. The sign stated dine-in was open until 10:00 PM, so we walked in expecting to eat inside. However, we were told the dining room was “closed early because of COVID,” even though COVID restrictions ended years ago. We accepted that and decided to eat outside instead since there were tables available. Then we asked to use the restroom and were told it was “out of order.” A few minutes later, we saw an employee go into the restroom, so we politely asked again. This time we were told there was “no water.” That explanation did not make much sense and left us questioning the honesty of the staff and basic hygiene practices. Instead of helping customers, staff suggested we go use restrooms at neighboring businesses. While waiting for our food, one employee aggressively slammed a trash can nearby, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. We still ate the food outside, dealing with mosquitoes and fire ants, because we had already waited for the order. The pizza itself was fine, but the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Management should review how customers are treated at this location. Courtesy and honesty go a long way.
