- RRRobert5 days ago1.0Repeated Order Mistakes, Hidden Ingredient Swaps & Severe Quality Issues!! I used to be a regular here, stopping by 2 to 3 times a week, but the quality control and service have completely collapsed! Three separate times in the last two weeks alone, I’ve had to throw my entire drink in the trash because it was made with dairy milk. As someone who is severe lactose intolerant, getting this wrong isn’t a minor inconvenience, it’s a major health hazard! To make matters worse, I found out at another location today that oat milk has actually been discontinued! Instead of simply informing me, the staff here just poured regular dairy into my cup every single time without saying a word, despite me explicitly ordering oat milk three times at the speaker. The drive-thru process is an absolute mess. After ordering, I pulled up and waited 5 minutes just for the employee to open the window, hand me my food, and ask me to repeat my drink order yet again. After another 5-minute wait, I finally got my drink, took one sip, and immediately tasted dairy. To top it off, my food was burnt so badly that it literally crumbled and fell apart the moment I picked it up. I am done wasting my time and money here. Moving forward, I will happily drive out of my way to the Key Largo Dunkin instead. Ashley over there actually communicates, gets orders right, and respects customer dietary needs. Management at this location needs to seriously address their staff pouring dairy into non-dairy orders before someone gets seriously ill!

The workers are rude and don’t listen to you when ordering and then get mad at you because they hear you wrong. I’m not one to leave reviews but this place is awful. I have never been there and had a good experience. They’ve messed up my order every single time no matter what I get and are rude every single visit. I will not be back!

It looks like it hasn't been literally cleaned in days. There was feces all over the floor and toilet. I thought was going to vomit after seeing the crabs and cockroaches all over the floor. If they're using this restroom and the restroom is this dirty? I can just imagine what gets all over the food.
