The person told me it showed in the system as "delivered." I told him it was not delivered. He called the driver who told him she called and didn't get an answer so left. I had been watching the front door which is glass, and no one pulled up in the driveway, but I let him know no one came up to the front door. He called me back after speaking to the driver and told me she was on her way back. 10 minutes later we had our pizza. It wasn't hot so not very good. I don't know what the driver was doing, but I think it was something other than delivering our pizza.

Am Ende war scheinbar alles ein Problem. Erst mussten wir über 20 Minuten warten, bis wir überhaupt nachgefragt haben – weil unsere Pizza einfach vergessen wurde. Ohne Nachfrage hätten wir vermutlich noch länger gewartet. Dann endlich die Pizza bekommen, Karton aufgemacht – und statt der bestellten halben vegetarischen war eine komplett falsche Sorte drauf, sogar mit Fleisch. Absolut inakzeptabel. Als Lösung wurde angeboten, noch eine neue Pizza zu machen. Nach der ganzen Warterei kam das für uns nicht mehr infrage. Also haben wir gesagt, sie sollen wenigstens die falsche Hälfte rausnehmen und uns diese erstatten. Die halbe Pizza wurde zwar entfernt – aber plötzlich wollte man uns das Geld nicht zurückgeben. Erst nach Diskussion hieß es dann, die Erstattung komme angeblich nach 24–48 Stunden. Falsche Bestellung, ewig gewartet, vergessen worden, Diskussion ums Geld – das ist kein Service. So verliert man Kunden. Nie wieder.
