Not only after waiting at the window for a mobile order for 15 minutes, the order was incorrect. It said no onions on the cbr and it was covered in onions. As this is understandable to make mistakes especially in fast food, this literally happened just last week. I ordered a Caesar on a French bread wrap but received it on a wrap. Most of the time when people say no onions it’s because, they don’t like the taste. So even taking them off, the taste is still there. My ceaser on French bread was super soggy, which as been an issue the last few times I’ve ordered as well.

The subs are always the same great sandwich you had before. Consistency is awesome. Easy to customize your sub however you like. The very BEST dill pickles ever, super crunchy!
Staff at this store are amazing! Very nice young people and if you go a few times they’ll remember you. The owner is one of the hardest working franchisees I’ve met. And he’s been the same for the 6 years I’ve been a customer. I can’t say enough nice things about the folks at this store.
Don’t be worried if it looks busy. You will not wait long at all!

So last night I went thru the Drive Thru and picked up a Giant Big John and potato salad. Well something gave me food poisoning. Also to pay $14.49 for a Giant is not worth it. Now I did accidentally ask for EZ tomato and lettuce, My mistake I wanted extra tomatoes and lettuce. But the price for their food is not worth it. I won’t be back.

Friday night about 6:15 pm on my way home from work . I stopped off at this nasty establishment to get a couple sandwiches for my wife and I. About 7 pm I sat down to eat unrated my sandwich and low and behold a long black hair in my food. . I called they said they would make me a new sandwich, but honestly hell no,if your that nasty I don't want you touching my food. I'll never go to that restaurant again. Shut them down . They are a hazard.
I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The staff was professional, polite, and handled everything with genuine care. Even when another customer’s order was mixed up, they apologized immediately and offered a small treat to make things right — really impressive customer service.
The atmosphere is also great, with positive posters throughout the restaurant that add a surprisingly uplifting touch.
