  This has to be the worst place to go to. This 24/7 McDonald’s is certainly a lie. I have been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have gotten my order fulfilled once. All 4 times have been mobile orders. The first time “all of my drink machines are out of order”. The second time “shift change that will take about an hour and a half, no orders at this time. Third time I actually got my iced coffee. Today, 3 am and 2 cars ahead of me and i sit there for over 10 minutes and we don't move at all, i had to leave the line so i am not late for work. All of these times i am using the 99 cent iced coffee deal on the app, i then cannot go to the next mcdonalds on my way to work and get the iced coffee using the deal because its once per day. Absolutely horrible McDonalds, i have never seen a place ran so badly.

  When about 11:30 on May 6th and I had placed a mobile order through the McDonald's app and when I pulled up all the entrances were blocked I asked one of the workers in the parking lot what was going on and apparently they had closed the store for a couple hours but did not turn off mobile orders I worked a long shift and I have already paid for my dinner and spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if it was closed or just one entrance blocked just to have to go to get food somewhere else and pay even more money why wouldn't they just turn off mobile orders that is incredibly disrespectful and rude and I will be contacting either the store or corporate to get a full refund

  Either the people who make the drinks need to be retrained, or the managers just don’t care about the customer satisfaction..
