  I hope the same manager doesnt still work there from 2 months ago, i used to be a regular, now i go over to 19 Alt because the manager here is so rude. I get the same thing every time, and i say it the same exact way every time, and one of the things i asked for was a bagel toasted with extra cream cheese. They gave me a plain bagel not toasted with no cream cheese. So no biggy i whipped 2 u-turns to go back and get them to fix it. I got to the drive thru i explained, and i got to the window and the manger was super rude saying i dodnt pay for cream cheese, im like ok well i asked for it, i dont mind paying for it but i need cream cheese, again super rude rolled her eyes took my bagel through it in the trash, took my money. At that point i was done with it and i asked for a refund instead, she gladly gave me it and i left and never came back. Now Ms. So called manager... the best way to approach this, is to apologize for making me do 2 u-turns on busy 19 and give me a cup of cream cheese and send me on my way. She shouldnt go anywhere near the public

  i ordered my usual breakfast sandwich and coffee with uber. opened my bag, fly came out. a blonde hair was in the bag. (im not blonde btw) u guys r DIRTY

  I would give less than one star if it were possible. They got my order wrong and the egg in my sandwich wasn’t even real egg. I’ve worked as a manager In the food industry for years, and believe me, I know the difference. I witnessed a woman with glasses who I assumed was the manager, treating an employee quite disrespectful. If you’re going to serve crap food, and treat your employees like crap, I’d rather just go somewhere else.

  Dunkin’ Donuts does not have milk? They don’t have bottled milk, they don’t have milk to put in a cup and straw but can make coffee??? Customer service 0, Jay and some lady 4/3 5:30am, no apology, no empathy, had to say my order 5 times, all around bad service, I come here everyday it’s just sucks people are so rude

  If I could give negative stars I would this place is horrific I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m very upset firstly when I was ordering the lady was being very rude I asked for a Frappuccino she said “that’s McDonald’s we don’t have that” very rudely and not to be funny Frappuccino is a coffee Starbucks has it it’s not just a McDonalds thing but okay then I get to the window and ask for a pup cup she said she can’t give it to me if my dog isn’t with me then I said I’ll pay for it and she said they didn’t have a charge for that. Which is upsetting because when I got home my poor puppy was upset I normally do bring him with me but I use my car for work and was about to leave and didn’t want to have to clean the hair out my car again it’s just frustrating she could’ve charged me for anything I would’ve paid whatever it was. Then I start eating I got a black pepper and brown sugar bacon sandwhich one of there signature sandwiches I get it all the time, but I’ve never gotten it at this location. It was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even eat it and it upset my stomach after one bite. The bacon was extremely oily, but was somehow undercooked. It was disappointing I’m so upset I love Dunkin and go there over Star bucks all the time but I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back especially to this location I wish I could get a refund spending $23 I could’ve cooked or actually went to McDonald’s they would’ve given me a frappuccino, a decent burger and a pup cup without questions
