  This is not a reflection of the employees. This review is for Dunkin Donuts as a corporation. The employees are obviously miserable, however, which is simply a reflection of the horrible working conditions of Dunkin Donuts as a whole. They have signs on their bathroom doors about the "No Public Bathrooms" which is disgusting. This corporation is obviously anti Human. The employees did their best, but I had to have my drink remade twice and they require you to pay for their mistakes at this location. Another reflection of Dunkin Donuts as a whole. They made my drink with dairy and I am lactose intolerant. I asked them to remake it. They remade it again with dairy milk. I ended up throwing it in the trash bc God forbid someone make a mistake and have to have a dairy free option. Never Again will I order coffee from this establishment. I am human. I have to use the bathroom sometimes. It is inhumane to refuse to people a bathroom.

  Lady at the drive through with the green finger nails was super nice and helpful. I didn’t see what I wanted on the menu (frozen coffee, I probably overlooked it) so I asked about it at the window. She said they had it and could make it real fast and add it to my order. I don’t want to be that person who holds up the line so since no one was behind me I said Yes, please. That drink was so cool and delicious. Thank you for your kindness sweet lady, I appreciate you.

  I’m a loyal customer at Dunkin’ and visit often, so this experience was honestly really disappointing. I’ve never had an issue placing two orders in the drive-thru before, but this time was completely different. I came with my friend, who is Ukrainian, and while she was ordering, the employee gave her noticeable attitude because of the language barrier—even though she was doing her best to communicate clearly. When we got to the window, we were greeted by an older worker named Tina. Right away, she called us rude for placing two orders and claimed we were holding up the entire line—there were only two cars behind us. She continued making comments under her breath and gave us uncomfortable looks the entire time. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially toward customers who are trying their best to communicate. It made the whole experience feel unwelcoming and frustrating. Situations like this really make me question the level of customer service being prioritized.

  Super clean store. Friendly and fast service. My dog Sirius got his first Dunkin' pup cup. I got a matcha latte and breakfast sandwich with hasbrowns. Thank you ladies.
