If I could give this Dunkin’ zero stars, I would. Yesterday, I stopped at the Dunkin’ on Pinellas Ave in Tarpon Springs to grab my coffee before getting into the car line to pick up my kids. Once you enter the car line, you’re essentially committed—you can’t just get out of it if you suddenly need a restroom. I was the only customer in there. I simply asked to use the bathroom before placing my order, and I was refused because I had not ordered yet. I spend an embarrassing amount of money at Dunkin’ every week to the point I hold multiple medals, so needless to say I have been a loyal customer. But after yesterday’s experience, I’m done. I have to do daily pelvic floor therapy, and having a legitimate physical need dismissed like that was incredibly distressing and demeaning. I wasn’t asking for special treatment. I was asking for a little kindness and basic humanity. I understand businesses have policies, but when a policy prevents an employee from showing compassion to the only customer in the entire store who has an urgent need, something is wrong. I came in intending to buy my coffee. Instead, I left feeling humiliated. I’ll be taking my business to our local coffee shops instead. I’m tired of supporting large corporations that seem more concerned with enforcing policies than with showing basic compassion to the people standing in front of them. No more Dunkin’ rewards. No more money from me. I won’t be returning to this location.

Was helped by "Wally" and purchased two iced coffees. Wally was so nice and respectful. Definitely be back because of Wally.

I normally do not do this, but I’m confused. The bathrooms are locked so you’re not able to wash your hands before you order food that you’re going to eat. I wish somebody would contact me about this because it’s not a good work

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Dunkin used to be the place to get good coffee and great doughnuts. I haven't gone in awhile and thought I would get a dozen to take home for the family. They were stale and rock hard when I got home. I know what you're thinking, he drove for days. Nope 6 minutes from my house. Now you're thinking, he got them late in the day. Nope 8:30 am. This is so sad.

I went into Dunkin and I needed to use the restroom. I asked an Employee Can I use the restroom? They told me hold on let me get the key then the manager comes and asked if I was gonna make a purchase I said yes, and then the manager stated that I would have to make my purchase first to use the restroom. There was at least five people online I really need to use the restroom at the end of it all. I decided to leave this establishment without making a purchase Or being able to use the restroom. I’ve never been treated so Horribly. Duncan should think about new management
