At first I was asking for less ice in a refresher, sometimes they’d fill the cup and sometimes they’d give it to me half empty. I finally asked one of the workers, she was very nice about it but explained they had certain measurements they had to go by. No problem, i understand.. I just don’t like wondering if my drink it going to be worth it or night. I eventually stopped asking for that and started asking for more concentrate because the drink always tasted watered down. They didnt say Anything about it and then a week or two ago they told me they couldn’t do that because they couldn’t up charge. LOL. I asked if they could charge me a munchkin or a pup cup for it and a woman shouted through the speakers “we don’t work like that here” okay.. again, no problem.. me thinking I was the problem kept going through. Finally today I went through the drive through and asked for the same thing I had been getting for THREE months now and they asked me if I wanted a day dream, which is the refresher just with cold foam. I said no, because I don’t like the cold foam and ITS AN UPCHARGE. and they told me they couldn’t give me the refresher without making it a day dream.. what a scam? Anyway, definitely won’t be going back. Between rude service and never just getting a good drink it’s just not worth it. I wasted a lot of time and money going here. :(

The workers here refused to give us three waters for the thee people in our party on a 100 degree day and and told us to "get the hell out never come back" and dening us servas in the drive through because we were on pedal asisd e bikes.

The employees are obviously miserable, however, which is simply a reflection of the horrible working conditions of Dunkin Donuts as a whole. They have signs on their bathroom doors about the "No Public Bathrooms" which is disgusting. This corporation is obviously anti Human. The employees did their best, but I had to have my drink remade twice and they require you to pay for their mistakes at this location. Another reflection of Dunkin Donuts as a whole. They made my drink with dairy and I am lactose intolerant. I asked them to remake it. They remade it again with dairy milk. I ended up throwing it in the trash bc God forbid someone make a mistake and have to have a dairy free option. Never Again will I order coffee from this establishment. I am human. I have to use the bathroom sometimes. It is inhumane to refuse to people a bathroom.
