  Rude staff, bad food, overpriced Visited on 08/23/26 at 1pm. We ordered a French dip and a sandwich. When we got to the menu board we heard “ARBYS!” “HELLO! ARBYS!” I kept being rushed to order, while it was raining, we get to the window and the manager on shift was not being friendly, they were upset that I needed to unlock my card, and kept complaining about speed of service times. I get it, I’m an AM for a restaurant as well. But I’d never tell a customer to hurry up because of my drive thru time. Then serve them cold food, and dipping broth that was curdled and tasted like it was rewarmed multiple times. $22 wasted. I used to love Arby’s a few years ago. But this location has changed my mind. Remember that your customer service is determined by the leadership on shift. As a manager it’s your duty to provide the best customer service possible. You fell short in that category on our visit. I’m not saying this is how this location always is, but I will not be returning to find out.

  Bought a 12.99 combo meal and they forgot the top bun and fries were old and cold. Tried 8 times to call they just never answered Did not give me a receipt for cash sale
