  Hello Management team and Prospective Customers, I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Wingstop on Hillsborough & Himes, and I specifically want to recognize **Claudia** for providing exceptional customer service from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left. I have visited several Wingstop locations, and this was by far the **best experience I have ever had**. The food was great, but Claudia’s customer service truly surpassed everything else. As a **Director of Operations and a business owner**, I pay very close attention to the customer experience, professionalism, and people who genuinely understand what it means to be of service. Claudia is truly a gem, and the skill set she demonstrated appears to come naturally to her. She made eye contact, was welcoming and attentive, offered helpful suggestions while I was ordering my wings, and made the entire interaction feel genuine rather than transactional. She created what I would describe as a true **“WOW factor” customer service experience**. Claudia absolutely deserves to be recognized by Wingstop leadership. She has the professionalism, personality, initiative, and customer-service skills that can make someone an excellent leader in management. As a business owner, I can confidently say that I would love to have someone like Claudia representing my company and my brand. **Thank you, Claudia, for making my visit memorable.   Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered Wingstop through DoorDash, and the Dasher apparently took my food. Normally, the person handing over the order has the Dasher confirm the pickup, but that did not happen here, which resulted in my delivery being delayed for hours. When I called the store, I was initially directed to DoorDash. After going back and forth with both sides and being told DoorDash could not resolve it and that the store needed to handle the situation, the store eventually told me they would honor my order and remake it. However, when I actually went to the store, I was told something completely different—that they had contacted DoorDash and canceled the order. This was not what I was told over the phone. At that point, I decided to simply reorder the food. After finally receiving the replacement order, items were missing from it as well. Between the hours-long delay, the lack of communication, being told one thing over the phone and another in person, and then receiving an incomplete order, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service and order accuracy. Very disappointing.

  I love Wingstop but I really really like this Wingstop the BEST!! Jeanette is super cool and friendly and thank you for making my lunch breaks a great experience!!

  as soon as we walk in the store, we are greeted with smiles, our order wasn’t ready yet due to the Uber eats app telling me it was ready sooner than it was. The bathroom was clean, which is pretty strange for Wingstop. When we received our food, it was absolutely fresh and seasoned perfectly. We will definitely come back to this location not to mention the music was fire.
