  Racist, unprofessional, rude. I'm an Uber driver and went to do a pick up here. The yt blonde girl that works upfront. Did not acknowledge, greet or even look my way. Then when I asked if one of the 2 orders that were prepared were mine. She says possibly but I have to take care of the ppl in front of u. Mind u I'm in the separate online order line and the person at the register kids were still picking out drinks. What would've took her 5 seconds to look and hand me my order. Turned into me canceling it and telling her how rude she was. Really needs to be re trained and taught how to handle multiple customers and online orders. The racist part comes in due to the fact she looked past me to the yt lady standing behind me to ask if she had ordered. Again reminder I didnt even get greeted.

  THE BEST PIZZA IN TAMPA. I always make sure to get my slices of cheese pizza and truly indulge in the always-delicious taste. This restaurant has never disappointed me. Especially with their weekday deals, everyone has the cheap opportunity to try some Westshore Pizza. If I could, I would recommend this pizza to every person on this planet.

It’s not a great business practice to have staff argue with customers over things like your advertised price not being honored, and your staff says “Cause inflation”, and “I don’t do the advertising”…You own a business, you can increase your prices, yes that’s true, but you have to change your advertised prices, because you can’t advertise one price, and then demand more money once the customer arrives to pick up their order. Read Fla. Stat. § 817.41 And to be honest, I’ve ordered this exact same thing in the past, and now you’re giving less meatballs in the sub, cutting them in half and spreading them out, replacing the missing meatballs with extra sauce ,and youre charging more money for it (more than advertised), not a fan. If I wanted a sauce sandwich, that’s what I would’ve ordered. There’s other options. FYI, inflation is only a reasonable excuse to increase your prices, when you use the same quality product and give the same amount of that product to the customer. When you use inferior product, and give less product to lower your bottom line, increasing your prices, is simply disgusting greed.

  Great food, lovely service, place is always clean, stocked, and they have board games! The staff is super helpful with explaining the menu, helping out with specials and coupons if you ask and sometimes hook you up even if you don’t ask, and there’s cash discount (not a whole bunch but saves up over time!) overall great place!

  Horrendous experience. Got home from a long trip and live at the apartment complex literally next door. Ordered a cheese pizza and salad at 7:39 and it said it’d be delivered at 8:39, that’s fine. At 9:00 I still didn’t have my order so I called to just check in. “Oh it’ll be there in 25 minutes, we’re really busy, sorry.” Once again, I’m literally next door. 15 minutes later a flustered driver gets to our door and gives us our order. Our pizza is freezing cold and our salad has about 10 dead fruit flies scattered over the top. 2 minutes after this, I get a notification that a door dash driver is on their way to get my pizza for some reason. They get to the store and call me asking “did I already get my order” clearly extremely confused, as was I. I let them know that clearly the store forgot about calling a driver for my order and when I called an hour and a half later to inquire about my order, she just just said they’re busy and sorry it’ll be there soon. Look I get people make mistakes and it’s a chain pizza place, but at least remake the pizza for your customer you’ve had wait due to your own mistakes. Having a ton of dead flies on my salad and a stone cold pizza isn’t just an annoyance from getting home from a trip, but it’s a food hazard. Always ordered from here but it’s really gone down hill the past few years. Never ordering from here again and I cannot stress enough to just order pizza from another establishment. $43 down the drain for a cheese pizza and a salad…. Pretty sick!
