Bring back asahi draft. Unique details like this along with Asian food give a real experience. With so many restaurants these days it’s hard to stand out by offering something nobody else has. Sure I can go to 100 other Asian restaurants in the area and get asahi in a bottle but draft is what made you guys stand out from the rest.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a nice atmosphere. However, we were not too impressed with the food. Definitely not authentic Japanese food.
The appetizers we got were pork pot stickers which were good. Fire pork belly & Korean fried chicken bao buns which were soft but could use more flavor. We also got sliders and those were good.
We got the chicken potsticker ramen which was probably the worst ramen broth I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even eat it. The pot stickers in it were good though. I sent mine back and they did offer me a different choice & refund for the one I didn’t like, which I appreciated.
My husband had the tonkatsu ramen and the broth was better than mine and the pork belly was good too.
The bowls were too small for the price. We’ve only been one other place where the ramen bowl was so small and we got to a lot of Japanese/ramen spots. There also wasn’t enough broth. Usually theres much more broth in ramen. The noodles were ones we’ve never seen before in ramen and we weren’t really feeling them.
We would not go back to this restaurant due to the price for the small portions. It’s also in downtown so of course parking sucks.
Our waitress was nice and tended quickly to us but overall this place was a no for us.
Many other Japanese spots with much better food especially for the price.

First time I came here, my wife and I couldn't stop eating our food even though we were stuffed. It was just too tasty to stop.
This time we got some of the same items and a few new ones.. I dont know what changed but the food was bland and lacked flavor.
The pad Thai this time around had pretty much no flavor.
Fries were overcooked.
Dumpling sauce didn't seem quite right. Rice was overcooked and bland.
Roti was still good.
Not sure what changed but something did. Was very disappointed as we were very excited to come back here and enjoy the great food we had the first time.I dont think we'll be back.
When we arrived, everything looked nice. We ordered appetizers, and they were good, obviously. The waitress wasn’t very attentive, but we didn’t go there for the service, we went for the food. The food was good. I ordered the Korean Bulgogi, which, in my opinion, had nothing to do with Korean bulgogi.. it was completely different. It came with noodles, and it’s supposed to come with rice, but I still ate it. The flavor was very good, so I can’t really complain about that.
Then we ordered a beer, and they brought it. After that, she kind of forgot about us. Later, she came back again, and I ordered another beer, but it never showed up, the waitress never returned. She only came at the end to ask if everything was okay, but she always seemed to be in a bad mood and wasn’t very attentive.
Then, when we got the check, they charged us for the beer that they never brought. They never refilled our water either. I understand it’s more of a fast-food type of restaurant, but I would never go back.
On top of that, the manager never came to apologize, and I even had to go ask for our bill.
Never will go back… service SUCKS.. and so the waiter!
Wow! Very Poor is the only way to describe my experience at Wagamama.
The restaurant was mostly empty. I waited a few minutes before being noticed at the front desk. I was dining alone and requested a table or a booth. I was seated at a table preset for one. After about 5 minutes the sever, who never introduced herself, came to take the order. I ordered a Nourish-mint Juice and the Chili Chicken Ramen.
After about 5 minutes the juice arrived. I received a room temperature, flavorless half full glass of liquid with a slight green hew and two inches of foam on top. It was a sad glass of something to say the least. I had a couple sips and was hoping to see the server once again to request a glass of ice for the beverage. The menu states 12 ounces of juice. I was given maybe a cup of juice. The server did not return to the table.
About 7-10 minutes after receiving the lackluster warm juice a food runner appeared with the ramen. When I did not see steam coming off the bowl I was a bit concerned. I had a taste of the broth and it was lukewarm at best. The chicken on the side of the noodles was charred, almost burnt on both sides. The chicken was sliced, however, not cut all the way through. I ate one piece of the sliced chicken. The chicken was horribly dry, flavorless not hot as well with a thick dark brown crust. I believe the chicken was precooked and reheated for the order. I stirred the ramen and had another sip of the broth. The broth was a little warmer at the bottom of the bowl but far from hot. I had one bite of the ramen noodles and found the noodles to be doughy and tasting like raw flour. I had one more bite of the noodles and determined the dish was not worth eating.
I sat for another 5 minutes waiting for the server to check back on the table, she did not. After sitting there looking at probably the worst bowl of ramen I’ve ever been served and the murky half full glass of juice I decided it was time to leave. This was the first time in my life I have ever just gotten up from a table at a restaurant and left. What I was served was simply terrible.
I was definitely hoping for a better experience.Wow! Very Poor is the only way to describe my experience yesterday at Wagamama. Oops…
