  Been here a few times and it’s always a hit or miss. Walked in and stood at the counter a few minutes and no one came out, I called my significant other to ask what they wanted and still no one came out to take my order. I spoke pretty loud so they would hear me. I walked out because I saw someone go through the drive thru and when I got to my car, I turned back and watched them walk out from the back room. I ended up going through the drive thru where I was assisted but that’s another fiasco. The speaker on their drive thru is the quietest speaker. I can never hear them even after I ask to repeat themselves.

  Absolutely the worst tropical smoothie ever! I read the reviews before going and should’ve listened. Wait time for drive thru was ridiculous and they weren’t even busy. We waited for 45 minutes to get our soggy wraps and melted, and un-blended smoothies. I used to Tropical smoothie but will never go back again!

  Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a waste of money. Did a mobile order, the smoothies were crap. Still haven't received a refund from the app or heard from customer service.
