So.. Been once before, not bad but ordered 2 steak burritos. They give me the same meat that goes in like the birria tacos but without the sauce. It's like this shredded stu meat, NOT steak. The menu when ordering clearly shows pictures of steak. I voice my complaint, they tell me that is how it is. Sit down eat and let it go. On their own TVs while I'm sitting their they show the preparation of all their options and there you go, steak right on their own video that is not shredded and sliced clearly how a steak is cooked. I show them and they just can't argue anymore but still offer no resolution when I paid extra for steak. Almost $50 for 2 burritos (one a kids), queso and a few drinks. When I spend that I expect to get what I ordered.
The atmosphere and service were pretty great— I loved the decor and how welcoming everyone was when I walked in, everyone is super pleasant!
Unfortunately the food I tried wasn’t the best. It tasted fine, but for the price I did expect a bit of a higher quality that rivals Taco Bell. My husband ordered the Cali burrito, but they didn’t add takis to his and for some reason missed the avocado salsa which is all he could relay to me. It was alright overall, but we’ve had better Cali burritos elsewhere, and at the Orlando location.
For mine, I ordered the shrimp burrito, which unfortunately was pretty bland unless I loaded up on the hot sauces available at the table. I requested no takis, which they honored, and to add pickled red onions, of which none were found, not even on the side. I also didn’t get the avocado salsa that I thought came with the burrito (since I had the option to remove it but I didn’t at the kiosk), and there was no pico. The rice seemed a bit over cooked because it turned to mush when I bite into the burrito and was a bit disappointing to eat.
I do wish they could have made mention whether they don’t have certain ingredients or whether they couldn’t accommodate requests, and I also wish we got some limes on the side. Unfortunately we were in a bit of a time crunch so I did not attempt to ask for the requested items a second time, and honestly it should have been clear on the printed food ticket since it was ordered at the kiosk.
Not a terrible place overall, but I do believe other locations are better.

One of my favorite places although I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the experiences here have been great and poor depending on when I've gone and what I've ordered. The Birria Ramen is definitely my number one go to, great price, great portion size, and great flavor. I get it with extra onion and cilantro personally, but the way it comes originally is also good. The Birria Mac N Cheese was also great the one time I had it. On the other hand, the Birria Quesabirria, Birria Grilled Cheese, and tacos that I've tried left me less than satisfied. Not because of the portions, but because the flavor seemed off, or was just okay, with the exception of the grilled cheese that had way too much bread due to the thickness of the slices. The Guac is ok, but often has large chunks of avocado that is too large for guac and kind of ruins the experience. The parts of the guac i've had without the large avocado chunks was good however. The Horchata is either really good, or old, thick, and slimy, but always comes with way too much ice so you don't really get an amount that you're paying for in my opinion. The one thing I really dislike is that they don't have normal beverage options like fountain soda or easily accessible water. They also don't provide a water glass option in the menu while ordering, but you can get one if you ask. Make new customers perceive they have to order one of the overpriced drinks from the menu, which is kind of sad on the restaurant's part. If you're going to give the perception that you have to purchase one of the drinks on the menu, then make them a reasonable price, or for the price, allow complimentary refills. This is also another one of those kiosk order places, but they hit you with a ridiculous tip screen. Just input a custom tip then input 0 and it will let you continue without tipping. You didn't do anything for me, I had to input my own order, and you called out my name and I came up to get the order. Sometimes you bring it to me, but that's it. I don't tip the food runner at Culver's, why would I tip the food runner here? Again, overall, because of the birria ramen and birria mac n cheese, i like this place a lot and keep going back. I don't suggest anything else though.
