- LWLauren WileyMay 8, 20261.0I usually don’t leave reviews but this was bad. Went here around 1 pm today. The grilled cheese burrito was not grilled and looks like they just tried to melt some cheese on top that wasn’t even fully melted in some areas. Wasn’t very hot either. Got cold and soggy cheese fries. When I say cold I mean actually cold like temp not just room temp. They were either not cooked all the way or they seemed so have been put in the fridge that’s how cold they were. The Mexican pizza was said to be ok. Cheese sauce wasn’t warm and the chalupa was cold as well. I don’t know what they were doing it wasn’t busy it didn’t take long to get the food, so either they were using an order that was left behind and never picked up on some of the items or they didn’t make them close to how they were supposed to ( as in actually cooked) need to do better

It’s the cheapest thing there, I shouldn’t have to actively beg for an adequate amount. This is just the last straw, it has happened before at this location.

Even though it was super busy with other people and my huge family, she maintained a positive attitude. Also the chicken quesadillas u get from taco bell are never that good, BUT the ones that i got today were so yummy and the best ones i have had!
