  Listen I go to Taco Bell everywhere I travel but this specific one was absolutely horrible the kids was rude I ask for a dbl beef and cheese burrito and they stuffed it with rice and sour cream so nasty I was already at work didn’t even eat all day I was very disappointed! Looks like you need better employees and cooks!!!

  Walked up to the counter and when I saw how dirty and how disgusting that kitchen was, I had to turn away and not order anything

  We waited in the drive thru line for approximately 25 minutes and then when we got to the order speaker, not only is the menu board located so far away, the lettering on it is so tiny that even with wearing glasses it was hard to read. Then the attendant taking my order wanted to rush me with placing my order. I then pull up to the window to pay and when the attendant opens the window we never got greeted she just shouted in a rude manner what my total was then walked away as I was handing her my money. She then hands me my change placing the paper money in my hand and throws the coins on the ground right outside the window. She then hand me my drinks, slams the window closed then opens the window back up and says "here I forgot your strays and reciept" then slams then onto of the cup in my hand nearly knocking the cup out of my hand. When she hands out our food, it was in a bag that had the side ripped and as she was handing it to me the bag begun to rip more and started falling. Instead of taking the bag back and re-baging the food she shoved the bag towards me and said "here, would you take your food before it drops on the ground, because if it falls on the ground in am not replacing it". I stabilized the bag and managed to get it into the car then everything started falling out of it. Upon checking our food we discovered that some of the food was old and over cooked and didn't have some of the included items on it that comes on it, (cheesy fiesta potatoes- old and over cooked and no cheese. Nacho cheese fries- ordered large got medium and enough cheese in 2 cups for one small fry order.) Parked in the parking lot to eat said food and discovered that at 1:30 they started turning away customers in drive thru telling them that they was closed. Just an all around completely unacceptably bad experience for us and due to that, we will not ever be using this location in the future.
