So there’s cheesy, and then there’s cheesy. But how can you get to the good kind of cheesy? Like cheesy cheesy. Simple, take the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito for example. With a perfect combination of warm Nacho Cheese Sauce, refried beans and premium Latin rice all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, it’s the kind of cheesy you definitely want.
If you’re one of those kids who has a thing for hot potatoes, why don’t you just try the Spicy Potato Soft Taco instead. It’s got warm and seasoned potato bites, melted real cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and chipotle sauce for a little extra kick.
Crispy chips, nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and red sauce; you know that whomever you’re with is going to want “just one.” Before you know it, there’s one chip left: the chip at the bottom of the pile, with only a corner covered in cheese and a tiny pinto bean. So get a second Triple Layer Nachos for you and your friends.
We could all learn a little something from Spicy Tostada. Most meals try to keep everything hidden behind a thin layer of tortilla or corn shell. Spicy Tostada, on the other hand, has no insecurity about sharing its true inner self. It doesn’t care if you see its refried beans, real cheddar cheese, and lettuce. It doesn’t mind if you think its red sauce is maybe too red, or not red enough. Or if its chipotle sauce may be a little hard to pronounce.
If you’re living life the way you’re supposed to, morning is always going to be a struggle. This is why Mountain Dew® Kickstart™ exists, to give you the energy to fight through the fatigue.

Instead of a crunchy corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme® has a soft, flour tortilla. It’s so soft, it exclusively listens to Toronto hip-hop. Dreamy. Soft. Delicious.
A warm flour tortilla filled with tender shredded chicken, seasoned rice, avocado ranch sauce, and real cheddar cheese. In terms of wrapped meals, the Shredded Chicken Burrito is perfect.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.
With its warm seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell... one might say the Crunchwrap Supreme® set the rules for all Crunchwraps to follow.
A warm and melty quesadilla wrapped around seasoned beef, seasoned rice, cheese, nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream and chipotle sauce grilled to perfection.
A warm soft flatbread layered with a three-cheese blend and warm nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and spicy ranch sauce.
A soft flour tortilla filled with grilled, marinated all-white-meat chicken, a melty blend of three cheeses and creamy jalapeno sauce grilled to perfection.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell drive-thru. I visited during Happy Hour and asked why my medium Baja Blast was not discounted. The manager explained that pricing varies because some Taco Bell locations are franchises. Although I didn’t agree with the explanation, I accepted the price and paid for my drink.
My bigger concern was the manager’s behavior afterward. I clearly requested **no ice three times**, but my drink was still made with ice. I had to go back through the drive-thru to have it corrected. When I asked for a replacement, the manager repeatedly made comments such as, **“You people… it’s always something with you people.”** I found that language extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and racially insensitive.
He threw the incorrect drink away and attempted to give me another drink that had already been prepared. Because of the interaction and his attitude, I politely asked that a fresh drink be made in front of me.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that. My complaint is not about a simple mistake with ice—it is about how I was treated when I respectfully asked for the mistake to be corrected. A manager should set the example for professionalism and customer service. No customer should be spoken to using language like “you people,” especially repeatedly.
I hope upper management addresses this situation and provides appropriate customer-service training so another customer does not have a similar experience.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience tonight was honestly terrible.
We ordered a regular Crunchwrap and the limited-time Chicken Bacon Burrito combo, which comes with a taco, drink, and Nacho Fries. I asked for no cheese on the taco and burrito and to substitute the taco with a steak taco. The employee taking our order responded, “Oh, you want a combo,” and somehow ended up making the Crunchwrap the combo instead of the limited combo that came with the nacho fries I wanted. I didn’t realize the mistake until we got our food at drive-thru window
When we received our food, we were missing the Nacho Fries completely. On top of that, they removed the cheese from the Crunchwrap and the burrito, even though I had only asked for no cheese on the taco and burrito. Mistakes happen, so we drove back around and politely asked for a new taco and did not mention the combo issue. The employee at the window was incredibly rude. It didn’t even seem like they made a fresh taco—they appeared to just scrape the cheese off and hand it back to us because when I got home there was still some Pieces of cheese in the lettuce.
The food itself was just as disappointing. The person with me didn’t enjoy the Crunchwrap at all because something tasted off. My Chicken Bacon Burrito was even worse. One of the chicken pieces was so hard it was like a rock, making it seem old or improperly prepared. I couldn’t even finish half of it because it was so bad.
The biggest issue, though, was the customer service. The woman working the drive-thru window had a terrible attitude from the beginning and was even ruder when we came back around. I understand it was around 2:30 a.m., but that’s not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. This also isn’t my first negative interaction with this employee, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
I left hungry, disappointed, and feeling like my money was wasted. Between the incorrect order, missing food, poor food quality, and disrespectful customer service, this was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. Management really needs to address the customer service at this location and ensure employees are taking orders accurately and treating customers with basic respect.
She either needs to get some respect get fired or moved to a morning shift because all the times at night she is always not having it. Like I’m sorry it’s your job that you are goin to everyday to make my food.
