  Lady at the window was extremely rude and needs to be trained in customer service. Ordered 3 crunchy taco supreme’s and asked for 3 enchilada burritos. She told me they didn’t sell the burritos anymore more. That’s fine. So I pull forward. I ask to add an extra crunch taco since they didn’t have all the food I was originally going to get. She told me they don’t allow orders at the window and I would have to go around. I told her okay, just cancel the full order and I’ll go around and reorder everything. She said I could pay first because it didn’t make sense to do that. I’m going to do what I want with MY money, thank you very much. Then she proceeded to roll her eyes and yell to someone “she wants to order at the window”. She then rudely says, just go around. Wow. What an attitude. I drove away. I hope she is identified from this review. She’s black and heavyset.

  Unfortunately our empanadas seemed like they had been sitting there all day 😭 but the Mexican pizza was really good.

  They messed up my order and gave me someone else’s order entirely then when I went all the way back to the store, this terrible employee by the name of Tamika actually put in the wrong order all together. Not only did I get someone else’s food she also rang the wrong thing in. Then she said she knows what she heard and I’m confused. She tried to say I was the one that messed up my order and I told her I don’t even like chalupas. She proceeds to talk crap quietly because she has no back bone and when I asked for her name I was ignored so I asked a couple more times and still ignored and Thomas then slams the drive thru window door in my face. I proceeded to go inside to get their info and Tamika ran to the back. This was the MOST unprofessional situation I have faced at any fast food place and maybe Tamika and Thomas need to get a new job. I don’t know where because obviously they don’t even have the basic skills to do their job or any job. They should not be in customer service. Tamika is very lucky. Very. I blame their parents and I’m sorry your parents messed up that bad.

  This location is the best. Derrick made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and prepared accurately in a timely manner. Go team Taco Bell 🔔Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  We waited for our food for 20 minutes and 5 of the 20 minutes the food was sitting right outside the window while the employees goofed around and just didn’t hand it to us. I got a steak grilled cheese burrito and they gave me chicken and my nacho fries were stale and burnt to a crisp.
