  Disappointed to say the leadt. The order kiosks were not working, so we could order via drive through only. The taco basket of the taco salad was extrememly rancid. Will not go there again.

  I ordered two chicken quesadillas. Two. The simplest item on the menu. A dish that has existed for centuries. Somehow, this Taco Bell location managed to make them wrong. When I got home — excited, hungry, trusting — I opened the bag to find two quesadillas that looked like they had been assembled by someone who had only heard of quesadillas through a game of telephone. Missing ingredients. Barely put together. A culinary disaster wrapped in a sad, flat tortilla. So I did what any reasonable human being would do: I went back. Drove all the way back. Used my gas. Used my time. Used what little faith in humanity I had left. And that’s when things went from bad to insulting. The staff — with the audacity that only the truly unbothered can achieve — informed me, in a mocking and aggressive tone, that because I had taken ONE bite out of ONE quesadilla to discover it was wrong, they would only replace the one I hadn’t touched. The one I bit into? My problem now, apparently. Used against me like I was the one in the wrong. I stood there in disbelief. I didn’t come back to argue. I came back because YOUR team didn’t do their job. And instead of an apology, I got attitude. It made me angry. It made me sad. Because behind every rude interaction is a choice — a choice to treat a paying customer like an inconvenience rather than a person. There are so many people out there who would genuinely love the opportunity to work, who would show up with care and professionalism. And yet here we are. If you cannot make a quesadilla correctly, that is a training issue. If you cannot speak to a customer with basic respect, that is a character issue. Both happened here, simultaneously, on the same evening, to me. This was not just a bad meal. This was a bad experience as a human being. I left angry, hungry, and honestly a little heartbroken that this is the standard some people choose to operate at. Do better. For your customers. And honestly — for yourselves. — A customer you will not be seeing again

  By far the worst Taco Bell I ever been to! They constantly make bad orders and mess around with peoples food! Don’t ever give this location your business just go to a Mexican restaurant or another Taco Bell! Going here is like playing Russian roulette between subpar or completely inedible Taco Bell.
