  I was just there and ordered a simple 2 pack of Cinnabons I ordered 2 of them. Paid $5 was told 2 wait for fresh Cinnabons didn’t check the bag got halfway home and they only gave me 1 of the 2 packs, how do u mess up the same item but doubled I ordered 4 and only received 2 they weren’t even busy

  If your employees are having problems at home or anger, issues or some sort of attitude problems, do not put them at the drive-through window to give customers attitude

  I love this location idk y such the negative reviews I kno they’ve been trying to get the right people at the right time. But I’ve never had a bad experience at this location!

  the worst experience i ever had, i had to wait 35 minutes for my to go order. It was simple 4 tacos 4 cinnamon bites, chips and nachos, The person making the food was barking like a dog at the customers in the drive thru and the people at the counter, first they brought out my 4 tacos 25 minutes and I started my order they forgot my cinnamon bites and my chips. It took another 10 mines to get those made thats the easiest thing on the menu. When I got home my soft shell tacos were soaking wet I had to throw them out. This is the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. First of all they should fire the barking employee and then fire the manager because it is clear he or she does not know how to run a crew
