Laura deserves to be recognized for the exceptional service she provides at Taco Bell. She goes far beyond simply taking orders—she genuinely cares about the customers and creates a positive experience every time. One example was when there was a mistake with an order. Instead of making the customer feel like an inconvenience, Laura handled the situation with patience and professionalism, immediately working to get everything corrected while remaining kind and friendly. Another example is how she builds relationships with customers. She remembers people, recognizes familiar faces, and takes the time to have a friendly conversation rather than treating every interaction like just another transaction. You can tell that she takes pride in making people feel welcome. Laura is exactly the type of employee who deserves recognition. Her attitude, work ethic, and genuine connection with customers really stand out, and Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like her!

They’re all super nice, I come there almost everyday for lunch almost all of them know me by name already and know what I’m going to order. Never had any issues with them.

I was in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. The employees were rude at the speaker and at the window. The food was inedible or not even there. Food we received was incorrectly made and tasted like chemicals. Nothing was eaten. Disgusting behavior and food from this location. Employees should probably all be fired if it takes that long to complete a very simple job of pumping or scooping slip into either plastic or a tortilla. Beyond ridiculous. “Fast food” is not 35 minutes in a drive thru line just to receive incorrect and inedible and MISSING food. Honestly the town would be better if someone took a bulldozer to the building. No use in being a running business if you can’t actually do the JOB and you have to refund everyone because you make nothing but shit in a bag for paying customers.
