  (5/11/2026) Beyond unprofessional. I stood waiting for over 5 minutes while the employees finished their personal conversation. Not once did either employee acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order. One employee was even on his phone showing the other something. When I finally got to start my order, I asked for the $5.99 meal and requested my sandwich be toasted. After adding toppings, the employee then told me I could only have 3 toppings, which I have never experienced before. Subway is literally known for allowing customers to customize their sandwiches. At no point before ordering did he mention a topping limit, nor was it posted anywhere on the signs. I explained that this policy was not clearly written anywhere, but he became rude and dismissive. I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one onsite. I tried explaining that you cannot wait until after someone orders to suddenly mention restrictions that aren’t posted, but we could not come to an understanding. At that point, I decided not to purchase the sandwich at all. The poor customer service from the very beginning should have been the Q to not eat there.

  If I could give a 0 star review I could! I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub for my wife. The lady poured the sauce on before toasting. Afterwards, I asked the lady to put lettuce and tomato on the sub. After seeing her put the lettuce and beginning to put the tomatoes on the sub, I opened up my subway app to pay for my order. Which I did. After I got to the car, I noticed there was mayo on the sub. I went back in to notify the employee about the mistake and asked for a remake. She went to get the lady in the back and she pulls out a translation app on her phone since I did not speak Spanish. The employee admitted to not hearing me (she had a Bluetooth in her ear) but said she couldn't remake it and that I should have watched her. This is unsatisfactory service. If the employee has a hard time interpreting English, then I should not be at fault. I clearly stated my order and watched her prepare it. There is nothing left for me to do. How can someone not understand me and I have to PAY for the mistake?
