    The service was excellent—Jahid was kind, patient, and treated customers with respect. The food is also incredibly good. I highly recommend it.

    From the moment we sat down, we were met with immediate hostility and aggression—completely uncalled for and unacceptable. My mom purchased a few items from the Walmart deli and, due to a health-related need, sat down in this restaurant’s seating area to eat while it was completely empty. Now I understand why—it’s no surprise this place is always empty despite being inside a Walmart. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the manager immediately began yelling at us, saying we couldn’t eat outside food. Rather than calmly explaining their policy, he escalated the situation by calling security. To make matters worse, the owner came out and started cursing at my mom in front of security. All of this happened simply because we didn’t purchase food from their restaurant. The “sub of the day” was pepperoni, which we don’t eat, so we chose another option within the same store. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough, but instead we were met with hostility, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. Regardless of their policy, there is no excuse for treating customers this way—especially when the seating area was empty and we were consuming food purchased within the same store that allows this business to operate. After this experience—and reading other reviews raising concerns about their food quality—I’m honestly glad we didn’t order from them. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’ll be taking action directly with corporate.
