⭐️ Disappointing Restroom Policy I don’t normally leave negative reviews because I try to be very understanding, especially since I’ve worked in the food industry myself. I’ve never had an issue with the food at this Subway or with placing an order, and I occasionally stop here because I make deliveries in this plaza. However, I was extremely frustrated by an experience I recently had regarding their restroom policy. I completely understand requiring someone to make a purchase before allowing them to use the restroom. Businesses have legitimate reasons for trying to prevent loitering or people repeatedly using their facilities without being customers. What I do not understand is requiring customers to purchase a sandwich specifically in order to use the restroom. In the middle of making deliveries on an extremely hot day, I stopped inside because I urgently needed to use the restroom and wanted to purchase a bottle of water. I assumed that since I was making a purchase and becoming a paying customer, I would be allowed to use the restroom. Instead, I was told that purchasing a bottle of water was not enough. The employee explained that I would have to purchase a sandwich to use the restroom and that smaller purchases, such as a bottle of water or a cookie, did not qualify. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I did not see any sign clearly stating this policy. If the restaurant is going to enforce such a specific requirement, there should at the very least be a clearly visible sign informing customers before they make a purchase that only certain purchases qualify for restroom access. Customers should not buy something under the reasonable assumption that they are now a paying customer, only to find out afterward that their purchase apparently “doesn’t count.” I found this policy incredibly unreasonable. If the requirement is that someone must be a paying customer, then a legitimate purchase should be enough regardless of whether that customer buys a sandwich, a drink, or another menu item. Requiring someone to spend more money on food they may not even want simply because they need to use the restroom feels excessive and unnecessarily restrictive. Again, I have no complaints about the food itself, but this experience left a very negative impression on me. I sincerely hope management reconsiders this policy and allows any paying customer reasonable access to the restroom. At the absolute minimum, if this policy is going to remain in place, it should be clearly posted so customers know the requirements before spending their money.

I had a very unprofessional and discriminatory experience at this location. After politely asking for an item to be removed from my sandwich due to freshness concerns, the server became hostile, yelled at me, and ordered me to leave the store. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

Lady was rude and disrespectful! Said she didnt have to speak with me and refused to even look at my online order confirmation! I dont understand how it is okay to deny to speak to a customer walking in to pick up her order.
