  Have been sitting in the drive through long enough to google this place and leave a shit review. Over 10 min at the speaker and nobody answering I’ve been polite saying hello every minute or so one of them even came out and say the line went back in and no improvement

  i came here with my family of 5 around lunch time, as soon as we got out our car we were greeted by an employee passing by. cleanliness is definitely there. as we were ordering on the patio, the same employee was wiping down the tables and cleaning the floor. the stall time could definitely be improved, as we did wait at least a minute or two before our order was answered. the same employee noticed this and quickly took our order on her phone and let us know the total would be on the screen and to press the button again if we needed anything. this kind of service is exactly what you want to see. i feel like more restaurants need employees who are willing to take quick action as this young lady did. i didn’t catch her name, but she was short with curls, and she definitely deserves some recognition for how attentive she was, a multitasker for sure! the food was fresh, but the stall time could definitely be improved. more employees should lead by example like this! the good employees aren’t given enough credit. definitely one of the better experiences here!

  I've been passing by this place for years and finally decided to stop and try a frozen drink. It was horrible tasting mostly like sugar water. The customer service was subpar, I pull up to the drive thru intercom and I'm greeted properly but after I ask a couple of questions I get the driest monotone one word responses ever so after ordering I drive up to the window only to sit there for 8 minutes until someone walks by and notices I'm there waiting just to ask may I help you, I said I already ordered I'm waiting for my drink (I was the only car in line the whole time) he looked stunned then asked me what I ordered, I told him and then he commenced to making it. While sitting there I was able to see through the window how dingy and unkept it was in there. Needless to say I will never go back there in this lifetime or the next.

  I've waited at the drive thru 3 times over the last month and no one even came on the intercom. I left and never got to order all t 3 times. Extremely slow service and un-friendly staff. Need to close the store if you can't provide better service.

  Hire employees not automated screens and maybe you’ll make more money. We left after trying to order for 15 minutes. Went to Shake Shack. Listen up corporate.
