  I know that this place is short staffed but no reason to be handing out horrible food. I didn't wait in line at drive thru to order HOWEVER there was 2 cars waiting for food for what seemed like forever. I got my food, drive off n has to turn right around because I was given 2 drinks that had been sitting there, flat with melted ice. I went back to get 2 new drinks. Just to get home and take a bite outta my burger that was cold and practically frozen. WTH. I will not be going back. I don't recommend this Sonic at all. This isn't my 1st time having bad food. I only live 5 blocks from there so there's no way my food was cold. It wasn't cooked properly at all. Needless to say it was inedible and went to the trash. 2 $7 meal deals waste of time n money. No more chances for this Sonic!!

  By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I went through the drive through, was not helped, drove up to the window, not helped, then I went to a row and attempted to order, was then told to park closer so that he wouldn’t have to walk out far. Have never dealt with this level of stupidity and nonsense in my life!

  "My God, if you’re starving, do NOT come here to order food unless you want to die of hunger. I got here, pressed the button to order, and waited over 10 minutes. Once someone finally spoke to me and took my order, I ended up waiting another 15-plus minutes. Seriously, I am so pissed off!"

  The food was fine. My husband enjoyed his hotdog & strawberry-limade (even though he had to drink from the cup because they forgot his straw) and I just had tater-tots which were yummy. The payment function on the screen wasn't working properly so I had to wait for the server to use her handheld machine, which isn't a big deal. Overall a fair experience. We will most likely visit again.

  I made an online order today as I usually come to this location when I can. The person who gave us our order was very nice so the only reason why everything isn’t two stars. As we are leaving and eating the fries a long stand of her black hair was discovered. Called the store location about it and was offered an exchange but after having to pull out a strand from my throat I did not want another thing from that place. Only thing was told was meekly the GM would be there tomorrow morning ( not a time given but just to call back) I informed them I would also give Customer Service a heads up. Customer Service could not do much as my new Sonic account is associated with my Apple ID and my old account still had my number attached to it. After while the call disconnected whether though hang up or lost connection. Sonic was good to go to for late night eats but now honestly you have a better time going somewhere else thats open later.
