  It took 20 min for our order to be taken…whoever took our order must have been unhappy for being at work on 4th of July and was mean, impatient and rude to say the least. Order never came out and we waited good 20 min. Coming from a business owner to a business owner: Whoever owns this franchise: pay attention to who you employ, your employees don’t care about your business.

  If you are planning to come to sonic for the sonic fun experience don’t bother it won’t happen nobody answered the intercoms to order your food after what seemed like 30 min . So I decided to go to the drive thru . The line doesn’t move and have been on this line for 45 min I couldn’t move because I was sandwiched between cars. After getting to the window the employees were sarcastic and rude when I asked why no one answered the intercoms they responded with “do you see how busy we are? We don’t have time to walk to where u are parked just to bring you food when u can come to the drive thru like a normal person plus it’s too dam Hot to be walking outside” food was ok service was terrible

  My hot dogs and fries were cold the hot dogs seem as if the were not heated at all. The fries were limp and cold no crispness at all to them. The only thing that was any good at all was the pretzel stick I ordered. Dobut I will ever order from that Sonic again or recommend it.

  The intercom on stoll 14 doesn't work. Had to go through the drive thru, 15 minutes in line, then the staff came on and said "I'll be with you in a minute." I timed her, 3 minutes! Food came out faster than line wait and was good. Meanwhile, two cars behind me left. Atmosphere, some of the stalls are falling apart. No trash in the lot though. I watched business drive away and I won't be back.

  I have lived in nine or 10 different states in my adult life. And I have been two dozens of sonics whereas my weakness is that Route 44 Cherry limeade. This restaurant is by far THE WORST One I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and often ignore the call buttons and customers. Even when you order through the app and you hope that your order is ready before you arrive. You still have to wait 20+ minutes for your order or to even be acknowledge that you’ve arrived. They often will mess up your order and add flavors or make a completely opposite flavor than what you want. When you ask for extra cherries, you get maybe two or three total when you ask for light ice, you still get a ton of ice when you asked for flavoring, they overpower the flavoring of additional items to your drink is not enjoyable. The trash cans are often overflowing. This store needs a complete revamp from staffing and. management because this store is completely disgusting in sense of service and order Care
