    I went during opening week for my mom's birthday, but there were no other customers. When my mom and I walked in, the cashier didn't greet us. He just stood there with a blank face and looked at me, then pointed above his head and said "There's the menu," then he pointed to his right towards the touch screen monitors and said "You can order over there." This guy had zero social skills. There was an administrative looking employee (probably manager or owner) on his laptop next to him at the ordering counter who didn't look up and acknowledge us either. When we got home 10 minutes later and tried the pizza, it was completely undercooked. Very disappointed in the service, atmosphere, and quality of the food.

    The dough was amazing, but the sauce is super salty. This is compounded when you have a pepperoni pizza. However, prices are reasonable and service was quick and friendly. Just hope they cut back on the salt in the future

    We ordered take out. It was ready fairly quickly. While we were eating it at home, my wife and I both kept trying to figure out why it was so salty. After breaking it down and trying everything separate. We figured out it was the sauce. And I mean it was salty! Everything else about it was absolutely fantastic! Just gotta take the sauce off to enjoy it.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Easily One of the Best Pizza Spots I’ve Had in Years SoDough Square absolutely knocked it out of the park. This is easily one of the best pizza places I’ve been to in the last few years, and I’m already looking forward to going back. I ordered the Detroit-style Rob City Pizza, and it was incredible. The pizza was packed with flavor, perfectly cheesy, and had exactly the right density for a Detroit-style pizza. The sourdough crust really stood out—it had great texture and held everything together without feeling overly heavy. What impressed me most was how well-balanced everything was. You get that thick, satisfying Detroit-style slice, but it doesn’t feel like you’re just eating a giant piece of bread. The cheese, toppings, crust, and flavor all worked together perfectly. 🍕 Rob City Pizza: 10/10 ⭐ Overall: 5/5 If you’re a fan of Detroit-style pizza—or just really good pizza in general—SoDough Square is absolutely worth trying. This is one of those places I’d recommend without hesitation. 10/10 would recommend.

    I hate to do this because I’m from Detroit and really wanted to love this pizza. I’ve tried the St. Pete location and it was great. So when I heard they were opening up in Tampa I was very excited. I’ve now given them 2 tries but it’s been the same. The pizza needs like 2 min longer in the oven. Dough not cooked through and cheesey bread center cheese not even fully melted. They need to slow down their cooking time or turn up the oven.
