This place was a true disappointment to me and my friends. The waiter was overly worked and was unorganized in every way. I was upset because me and my friend waited over an hour for a personal pizza and breadsticks that was nasty. On top of that two of my other friends came and ordered after the fact and they got their food an hour and a half apart. My friend didn't get enough cheese. The food looked like it was thrown untop of there. We got an 30 percent discount and my other friend ended up getting her pizza for free even though it was not edible. The parking was also terrible. Management needs to hire more qualified waiters, better cooks and more cashiers. It was one hell of an experience.

Loved this place for 10+ years, but it feels like it's slowly getting worse. Sometimes bread sticks are the usual amazing, other times they are bland and very short in size. So weird. Same with their pizza. Sometimes the usual amazing, other times they sloppily make a pizza and leave a significant portion of the bread without toppings. I attached a photo of the most recent time it happened, but it's easily the 3rd or 4th time this year. It makes me sad and I hope they become consistent again

So disappointing. I thought I was getting a regular size deep dish Chicago style pizza and they sent me a personal size and charged me $40 to have it delivered. Pizza wasn’t all that good either. Save your $$ and find another pizza place. Your wallet will thank you. Ugh.

Hey Everybody: No Loyalty! I called-in my usual pizza order and mentioned that I'd saved a bunch of prior-visit receipts that had, for years, promised a loyalty discount; an excellent marketing gesture nicely offsetting the good-but-pricey pizza they serve-up. That's when I was told that the program had been discontinued by the new owner, and my loyalty receipts were no longer honored. I brought them in anyway when I went to pickup my order: certainly a consumer-centric, conscientious restauranteur (especially one who just bought the business!) would want to help out a long-standing customer. But no. I politely asked if a manager was available to "possibly provide some degree of discount considering my devoted purchase history and having collected receipts as agreed". "I'M a manager!!!", vaunted the woman behind the counter, "and can't do that, but you can join our loyalty program that's online now". When I noted to her that the new ownership was in the habit of canceling loyalty points, as noted/proven, so what was to keep them from canceling any NEW online loyalty points? The manager didn't manage this--too bad she is unaware that the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is: Consumers fed up with the crooked behavior of the airline (Southwest, Delta), hotel (Marriott) and attraction (Seaworld) industries' sleazy practices are seeing the CFPB initiating numerous class-action suits over "breakage", "goalpost moving" and various engineered obstacles-- avoiding promised loyalty payments and cashing-in on broken promises. And while they won't be chasing down Sally O'Neal's, former legacy devotees will. The academic business world has published data indicating aggressive expiration policies do more harm than good irrespective of the temporary liability drop on the company's balance sheet. As an example, consider the number of times I've flown Southwest since they canceled my points some years back---hint: that number is the shape of a pizza. "Manager": When we like what a business does for us we tell our friends. When we don't like what we're (not) getting, we tell EVERYBODY. Sally's cancels loyalty.

I met up with a few of my college buddies here for dinner, and it was the perfect place to catch up over great food. We ordered a cheese pizza, a BBQ chicken pizza, homemade breadsticks, and a slice of chocolate cake to finish the meal. The cheese pizza was a classic done right, with a crispy crust, rich tomato sauce, and plenty of gooey melted cheese in every bite. The BBQ chicken pizza had tender chicken, smoky barbecue sauce, red onions, and cheese that all worked really well together without being too heavy. The homemade breadsticks were warm, soft, and brushed with buttery garlic seasoning, making them impossible to stop eating. We wrapped things up with the chocolate cake, which was rich, moist, and the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The restaurant had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to spend a couple of hours talking and laughing with friends. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for groups. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed filled and our food arrived hot and fresh. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We had an awesome time, and we'll definitely be coming back for another get-together.
